Welcome to The Big Blue, a charming canal-front home that is sure to be the perfect vacation home for you and your family and friends. Relaxation awaits as you admire the serene views from the back porch, sipping coffee amidst well-manicured landscaping. The main living area boasts openness and charm, offering views of the canal and bay. A spacious kitchen and dining room continue the spectacular views. The bedrooms are tucked away from the living areas for privacy. A king in the primary bedroom and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the guest bedroom this home sleeps up to five guests comfortably. Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Great Location, Fun Family Trip

This property was only a few minutes walk from the beach. We were able to do other activities during the morning, and could always easily make it to the beach for a few hours in the afternoon. We got to see dolphins in the canal behind the house, which was really fun. We also bought a fishing license, and were able to catch some fish right off the dock at the house. Easy drive to other fun activities in the area. The house was cozy, and had everything we needed.
