SLEEPS 2 PEOPLE. LONG TERM RENTALS WELCOME OR STAY JUST A WEEK IF YOU WOULD LIKE. COMPLETELY RENOVATED. ONE OF THE FEW CONDOS THAT NEIGHBORING CONDOS CANNOT SEE INTO BECAUSE IT FACES THE GULF OF MEXICO COMPLETLY!!!
DURING PEAK SEASON (MID DECEMBER THROUGH APRIL) CHECK IN CHECK OUT ON SATURDAYS ONLY.
This Beautiful Direct Gulf Front Condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and range. The living room has a duel reclining loveseat, a recliner and 50" flat screen SMART TV. The large bedroom has a king size bed to give you a great night's sleep and a second TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench seating. From the balcony you can watch the cherry red sun dissolving into the Gulf of Mexico creating a sunset worthy of applause. We have tennis courts on the property along with pickle ball courts. There is ten acres of beach front property, and the sugar white sand is just steps away from the condo. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is included in the condo, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, noodles etc. Just bring your bathing suit and sunscreen and enjoy your stay.

This condo is in great condition with everything you need and a great oceanfront view on top of it. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. It’s also in a great location (coffee shop, restaurant and farmers market right across the street). On the south end of Fort Myers so more quiet. Loved it!

We were happy to go down and support the folks in this area who have been through so much since the hurricane. Definitely will visit the area again and see the progress. Incredibly quiet, except for some of the construction nearby but that was to be expected. Weather was awesome. Lots of great restaurants in Bonita Springs (15 minutes) and a couple are back open near the condo.

Magical Studio with Killer Beach View& Accesd

Wonderful stay, really cute & cozy decor, stocked with basics including dishes, pool and beach toys and close to grocery store. Loved the location- short driving distance to hopping beach bars and restaurants but quiet pool and beach access when you prefer that. Hosts were easy to contact. Highly recommend!

Perfect Paradise

We loved the condo! It’s directly on the beach and the views were spectacular. Quite area, not congested with people or traffic. Grocery store was nearby and convenient. Several restaurants to choose from. We did some parasailing and took a sailboat tour, the locals were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Condo but will definitely stay closer to the action next time. A lot of places are still rebuilding or renovating in this area so the majority of things to do are about 15 minutes away (food, bars, tours, etc)The condo was beautifully cozy with vibrant colors, art, and furniture. It sits right on the beach and has chairs and umbrellas to use. This portion of the beach had just been renourished a week or 2 before us arriving and was stacked with shells. The condos were quiet and peaceful our entire stay. Here are a few of the cons and issues we encountered during our stay.Elevators- 2 elevators in this tower and only one functioned. There were no out of order signs and the one that functioned swayed horizontally when it went up and down every time. I notified the owner of this and stated it did not feel safe and was told they were doing maintenance since its off season. They should really put a sign stating out of service.. We were told by another owner that the building had cockroach issues and we should wear shoes when walking around but they don't talk about it because everyone that owns here are stuckup which we thought was a weird comment until literally a few hours later we opened up the dishwasher and a huge cockroach was jumping around, quickly turned it on and killed it. The pool states its open until dusk but they lock down about 30-45 minutes prior to that (maglock).

Fantastic views on FMB!

We have stayed at EBTC for over 10 years and the view at this condo was breathtaking! All amenities were as described and the room fans and recliners were an added bonus! Will come again!

Winter getaway

The condo was fantastic! Although small it was updated and had everything you need for 2 people. The view from balcony was fantastic. The devastation from Hurricane Ian was still evident. The construction and working all night on the beach repair was very loud and very hard to get a good nights sleep. There were no restaurants near our condo and the traffic was horrible due to the construction. The construction is necessary and hopefully in the next few years it will be back to normal. Looking forward to returning to this unit once the construction is complete.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful and immaculate! The view from all the windows is amazing! Watching the sunsets from the balcony was awe inspiring! Pool area is very nice and residents are friendly. The beach is small but was being renourished while we were there which was interesting to watch. There isn’t anything to do that is walkable (the shops across the street aren’t back from the hurricane damage yet altho they did have a nice farmers market on Thursday). Traffic to Times Square was awful (1.5 hours in the evening) so we went south to Bonita Springs for dinner a couple of times. Overall it was a very relaxing vacation in a beautiful place and we would stay there again!

Perfect Condo with an amazing view!

The condo has beautiful furnishings and decor. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, glasses, etc. It was the perfect size of condo for my husband and I. The view from this CORNER condo is amazing. The salt water pool is heated and has an abundant amount of chairs and loungers to sun bathe by the pool. The beach is beautiful. We saw dolphins in the morning and evening. My husband found several sand dollars while beach combing. The owners of this condo were friendly and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. We'd definitely go back.

Perfect

Everything about this condo was perfect! It is exactly as described and has been completely updated post hurricane. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The unit offers panoramic ocean views and has a perfect location in the building. I cannot say enough good things about the condo and the owners.
