Discover the laid-back elegance of Fairview Isles 123, a welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental nestled on the peaceful south end of Fort Myers Beach. Just across the street from the beach, this condo offers everything you need for a sun-filled Florida escape.

Inside, guests will find a cozy living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sand. The open dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. A private washer and dryer add convenience to your extended stay.

Step out onto the screened-in balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and warm sunshine, whether you're sipping morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and direct access to the balcony, along with an en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV, with a second full bathroom also featuring a tub-shower combo.

Fairview Isles provides a range of community amenities, including a large swimming pool, BBQ area, and a screened-in gathering space with tables and chairs—ideal for outdoor dining or socializing with neighbors. Located just across the street from the beach, this condo places you close to the sand while offering a quiet retreat from the bustle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds. However, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.

We provide essential items to ensure a comfortable stay. This includes all linens and pillows, one roll of toilet paper, trial-size shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
Additionally, we provide a trial-size dishwashing liquid, a dish sponge and a roll of paper towels.
