New Luxury Tiny Home at Salt Springs Resort – King Bed, Porch & Fire Pit

Unplug, unwind, and enjoy a stay in our brand-new luxury tiny home, built in 2025 and thoughtfully designed to feel both cozy and upscale. Inside, you’ll find a plush king bed, a comfortable living space with a queen sleeper sofa, a stylish full bathroom, and a designer kitchen that makes cooking easy and enjoyable. For added convenience, the home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer — a rare and valuable feature for tiny home and resort stays.

One of our favorite features is the covered front porch, furnished with a dining table that seats four, perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or winding down in the evening. The porch also includes a decorative light-up fireplace for ambiance only (no heat), adding a cozy touch to the space.

The home’s private outdoor area, located entirely on the home’s lot, features a gas grill, a fire pit with seating, and an additional uncovered outdoor table — ideal for BBQ nights, casual dining, or relaxing under the stars.

Located inside the gated Salt Springs Resort, guests enjoy access to Little Lake Kerr, a clear, clean lake with a sandy bottom that connects directly to Big Lake Kerr. Together, the lakes offer excellent opportunities for fishing, boating, water skiing, and tubing. As part of the gated Salt Springs Resort amenities, guests also enjoy access to a private boat ramp with direct access to Little Lake Kerr and Big Lake Kerr. Resort amenities also include two pools, a hot tub, swimming beach, fishing dock, pickleball and basketball courts, shuffleboard, a game room, and clubhouse.

Just beyond the resort, the Ocala National Forest is known for its beautiful natural crystal-clear springs, scenic trails, kayaking, and some of the best stargazing in Central Florida. During the cooler months, visitors may even spot manatees in the nearby springs, making the area especially memorable. It’s an ideal getaway for couples, small families, or anyone looking to enjoy modern comfort surrounded by nature.
