"The Inn at Stonecliffe is wonderful! All of the staff were friendly and attentive. The renovated facility is stunning, with each room’s decor unique. No detail was spared. We especially enjoyed talking with George, the manager at General Store, while getting a breakfast sandwich and coffee to go. Loved our stay here!"

"I liked the bell service. I didn’t need to worry about my suitcases."

"Cleanliness was great. A few things could be improved with the room, such as: a well-worn dresser of drawers, water damaged bath door, broken door on the in-room HVAC unit. Unit was very quiet, though, which was a welcome bonus."

"The resort is lovely and we enjoyed great food. We also liked access to the water. Our luggage was delivered to and from the ferry without issue and that was very appreciated. Our main problem was due to the electricity being out for a whole wall meaning no fridge and very limited outlets. The affected wall was shared with our connecting room so both rooms were limited. We were not able to reach someone at the desk, although we did mention the problem at check out. "

"Not sure if we got there at a bad time, but the whole town was full of flying little black bugs. This made it hard to enjoy anything about the area. The hotel itself is great. Very comfortable and clean, and truly the bug issue was very much out of the hotel’s control, but still affects the experience. "

"Evrything was geeat except the hand towel was not clean. It seems the cleaner did not change them. Other than that it was a great hotel. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the staff in the lobby were super nice and helpful, and it was a great location. Please change the towels even if it looks clean on the outside! Keep up the great work with everything else!"

"The rooms are not the nicest, but they are clean and the staff makes the hotel feel homey. "

"It's a really convenient place to stay with a ferry service to Mackinac Island literally right across the street. There's also a few restaurants and a really good ice cream place within walking distance. Parking lot is too small, so if they are close to capacity you may have to get creative. "
