Wonderful Stay!

Traveled with husband and two of our friends. It was absolutely beautiful property situated in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was extremely clean, beautiful back yard with pool and beds were also very comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this property. If we ever visit the Fort Lauderdale area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

I'm reluctant to give a good review, as next time we go to book it may sold out!The house is beautiful...pics are accurate, and the pool is great. Furnishings are top notch, and it ius well appointed. Great location and in an awesome quiet neigborhood. Property managers were prompt to respond to any inquiries, and were great to work with. We're already planning to go again.

THE BEST!!!!!

This was the most magical trip!!! The house was absolute perfection. We instantly felt relaxed, and our dog was SO HAPPY!!!! I used to live in Ft Lauderdale, so I know the area well. It brought back so many special memories. Thank you so much for the most incredible week!!!!!

Great house and management team

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Landing. The house has everything you need for a family vacation with young kids, including a pack ‘n play/high chair. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch and in the warm pool. Communication with the management company was excellent. They sent out a comprehensive guide to the house with all the information you need a few days prior to our stay and checked in a few times. We would vacation here again as well as recommend the house to others.

Quiet Spring Break

House was just right for family of four. It had everything we needed! Beautiful, quiet pool area. Weather did not cooperate so we didn’t use the pool as much as we would have liked. No restaurants etc within walking distance but everything (including the beach) was really close by car. Would def stay here again in the future.

Spectacular Pelican Landing!!!

What can I say but WOW! We had a fabulous stay at Pelican Landing, from the booking to the check out at the end of or stay everything was perfect! Communications from David were outstanding always quick respond to any questions!The house was beautiful, from the curb appeal to the backyard pool oasis, everything you could want was provided, very modern and up to date. The house was so clean, lots of towels, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and every thing you would need! I could go on and on, we had a great time and look forward to returning to Pelican Landing in the future! This is a 5 Star Vacation Home!!!

FANTASTIC STAY

We loved our stay at Pelican Landing. It was the perfect getaway. Well -appointed, clean, great area and locale. Beautiful pool and comfortable house. Full kitchen and lovely screen porch for us and the pets.

Winning Stay!

My husband and I attended the Orange Bowl with our son and his fiance. This home was the perfect place to stay. We were 20 minutes from Hatd Rock stadium in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This immaculate home has everything, beautiful furnishings, well appointed kitchen and a tranquil yard with a pool. There was not a thing we needed that was not provided. Communication with the host was flawless. If you are in the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood area this is the place to stay. We hope to rent it again!

Great experience!

I can’t say enough about this house and the host, David! You walk into the home and all the lights are on for you and Jazz music is playing! It was so inviting! And if that wasn’t enough you open up the fridge and there is a chilled bottle of wine and waters with a little note! The backyard is an oasis and very private. I highly recommend this place!!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for this wonderful experience. We will be back.

Everything you need and then some!

This is a fabulous home with everything you might need—an immaculate house with the feel of a high-priced hotel. The difference, I believe, is that a superb rental company runs it. You arrive to light jazz music playing and all the lights on as if you are their only client. When I say everything that you need, I mean everything. The saltwater pool has toys, multiple lounge chairs, and a huge grill. The kitchen is beyond well-appointed for any chef. Fresh Starbucks coffee or an electric teapot and French press await you at the coffee bar—soaps and toiletries in the bathroom and even detergent for your laundry. I'm used to bringing most of that myself. Lastly, something that I have never seen natural live plants. Most properties just can't do that. You won't be disappointed. We plan on coming back.

Amazing Getaway!

This house was great. The pool was amazing! The interior was extremely nice and very beautiful. We went to several restaurants that were recommended at the house on this screen. Super good places were recommend. Very clean house. Definitely a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Weekend getaway

This home is spectacular from the moment you walk inside, the decor is very warm and inviting. Top of the line furnishings, multiple tvs through out the house, an awesome outside screened in entertainment area with tv, chairs great place to gather play board games or dine al fresco. Outside area is fabulous to relax by pool, nice lounge chairs and even can play corn hole, beach chairs are availble for all guests, gas grill outside makes it great to Bbq. Location location location close to the beach, Los Olas Blvd restaurants, shopping all close by. Kitchen is chefs dream state of the art appliances everything you need to entertain. The host was fantastic to deal with as well i would highly recommend this home to all my friends, cant wait to come back to Pelican Landing. Sincerely Robert E Webb
