New furniture and new mattress It has 2 bedrooms and 1bathroom with a cover seated porch, backyard, grill and is completely gated for more privacy. There’s 1 King, 1Queen, and 2 Couch that sleep 1 person each comfortably .3 miles away from the beach Lauderdale by the sea, Isle Casino, and the world famous Funky Buddha located in Wilton Manors. As well as, in close proximity to Downtown Ft Lauderdale, Las Olas and the airport. Free cable/WiFi & parking for 2 cars.Discover the neighborhood by walking around with a park and beautiful palm trees and mango trees !!walking distance Movie theatre and Restaurants and much more!! Our kitchen is Full equipment and you will have one paper towel roll to start and also 2 rolls toilet paper on the bathroom to start.

stay in fort Lauderdale

overall the place was nice and far enough away from the busy parts of fort lauderdale. The house looked pretty sketchy when we arrived and there was another car parked in our driveway. Turns out it was the neighbors that we were uninformed would be sharing the driveway. The property owner was very nice in the beginning making sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly. We were enjoying our stay until the end when we had left and the property manager began to accuse us of ruining her table. There was no way that we did this because we took care of the place and did everything she asked as she was very particular about everything. If the table was such a big deal in the living room then she should have a plastic cover over it like the dining room table so there are no chances of it becoming “ruined”. We ended up getting charged and I will NEVER be renting a property from this property owner again as she cheated us out of money that was pulled from my account. Stay here at your own risk. You may have to pay for something that you did not do!

I like this place a lot, the owner is very easy to talk to and understanding. I needed a place short notice and it wasn’t available on Virgo but the owner made it happen. Very clean and neat home for a family stay and she answers her phone all the time. I will stay here again

Cute house...

House is very close to restaurants, movies, etc. The property was very clean and check in was easy. Pictures matched the description online. Owner responded promptly to all of my calls and emails. Would do business with her again!
