Set in the desirable neighborhood of Imperial Point, Villa Bella is a three-bedroom/ 2 bath with a pool on an oversized lot. This home provides a circular driveway with ample parking for guests. Warm wood floors stretch throughout the entire living space. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and cabinetry. Master bedroom with a king-size bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and kids room with two twins. The open concept flow includes a family, living with a Flat Screen TV, and a dining room perfect for entertaining your family and friends. The backyard has a large pool with a water feature, a table with chairs and an umbrella, a lounge chair, and plenty of space for children to play. Villa Bella is close to a local park, hospital, restaurant, and Pine Crest School and is 2 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Come to relax at our home.

Lauderdale by the Sea Beach: 2.8 miles
Pompano Beach: 3.3 miles
Pine Crest School is 1.2 miles away from the house.

"The Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, along with a copy of ID for each person (18 years old and up) who will stay in the house.

The neighborhood was very quiet, which is what we were looking for. We didn't want to hear loud partying - just wanted a quiet stay. The house is pretty outdated and there were a few things that didn't work (like the dishwasher), BUT the manager was very responsive and sent someone to fix it the next day. Unfortunately, the dishwasher needed a part that they had to order, so it didn't get fixed during our stay. The pool wasn't clean when we arrived, the previous guests had left three bandaids in the bottom of the pool. But the manager was able to get the pool service there the very next day which fit our schedule perfectly. The kitchen isn't very well equipped. There was only one spatula and no pizza pans. We had planned on cooking more at home, but decided not to because of this. All-in-all though - it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed here last year, so we knew what to expect. Great location to shops, beach and stores! Heated the pool this year, and it is the way to go in November. Got to use it all week, and most nights. Public beaches less than 5 mintes away. Great get away week to extend summer.

Peaceful Mini Vacation

We enjoyed this property very much. It was nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. We spent most of the time outside relaxing at the pool. The location is perfect close to the beach and a few streets down to the grocery. We will be back!

Beware of Host

Property was ok, very sparsely furnished. Did not have many household items available. Ex bbq tools, iron, beach chairs. Had to ask host about this. Main problem is host accused us of damage that did not occur. Very disappointing. Left on good terms and I get an email a week later of apparent damages. Nothing was mentioned in communication beforehand, even an email was sent thanking me for stay! Also charged for a security deposit which VRBO customer service said should not have been charged ( I had insurance) and not won’t return the funds. Beware of renting. Truly a headache for a very basic house.

Perfection

We can’t even find the words to express our gratitude. From start to finish this was the best house we could have chosen. Sabrina was responsive for any inquiry before we left and while we were there. The house is immaculate and has E everything you could think of. Renting a house vs a condo was for us a comfort measure to avoid crowded lobbies with COVID but most importantly gave us the comfort of not rushing to poolside at the crack of dawn to get chairs. We had the privacy we needed. The outside area is everything you need. Perfect size pool and patio. The location is great we could hop on the hwy and be at Hollywood boardwalk in 20 mins, Delray in 35, 5 mins to Lauderdale by the sea. Amazing restaurants nearby. So much to do. Will definitely be booking here again. From our pics on social media I have family and friends already begging for the listing as they want to go there too!

This space was exactly what our family was seeking. Quiet, private, and close to all the hustle if we wanted it. Management was prompt and helpful. One couldn't ask for more in a relaxing poolside retreat. We've already recommended it to others.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and back yard. The neighborhood was very nice and we walked to many restaurants and stores. The pool area was very private, lush, and quiet, with great outdoor furniture. We highly recommend this great property.

Dreamy Vacation House

We had the most amazing time at this property. The location is simply perfect. You close to everything! Shopping (Walmart, Costco, Publix, etc just a few min drive) dining, entertaining and beach. The property is very private, backyard is a must see. From the gorgeous landscape to the spotless cleaning. This house felt like home immediately. The house looks exactly like the picture. The pool was gorgeous and always clean, the beach was a short drive (abt 8 mins) from the house. The house was filled with lots of amenities that made us feel so comfortable. The communication with Sabrina was clear and quick. She helped to accommodate us and made our stay so easy and relaxing. We would most definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a dreamy vacation house, I assure you you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful house and garden

Wow ! This house was exactly as the description !! Very clean, nice furniture, modern and open plan !! The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner for the whole family, superclean and great appliances and loads of pots and pans. All the beds, lovely linens, are very comfortable, and bedrooms are big and modern decor with tv:s. Bathrooms are superclean and towels great ! We also loved the backyard with the private pool, the garden is very private ! And you have close to everything in Fort Lauderdale, just minutes by car ! We will definately go back to this house and stay for a longer time then ! Manager is awesome and very helpful ! Thanks Sabrina !
