  • This light and bright 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (sleeps 4) is located across the street from the ocean and the North Ocean Beach Park. Enjoy spending time on the beautiful beach with views of the Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse. Located across the street from the ocean and the North Ocean Beach Park in beautiful Pompano Beach, the Floranada building is located in a quiet area perfect for a relaxing vacation. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a wheeled cooler. Additional property amenities include free cable and wifi, on-site laundry, and free parking space for 1 vehicle. We also offer a high speed internet, a 52” HGTV cable flat screen TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and table seating for 4. Relax on the comfortable king size bed after a day in the sun. The queen size sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub. We provide bed and bath linens for 4, and paper supplies for a week. The resort offers a luscious green garden and picnic area. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the 2nd floor veranda surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers! Walk across the street to enjoy fresh seafood and music by the ocean!

    You will need a vehicle to get there.
    The Pompano Circuit is a free on-demand shuttle service to get you around the beach areas. You can use their app to request a pick up, or catch a ride at one of the service stops. Located nearby on Federal Hwy 1 are numerous restaurants and shops, as well as grocery stores. Take a drive on nearby Hillsboro Mile and visit Deerfield Beach, where you can stroll along on the boardwalk, enjoy dinner by the ocean and shop. Take a Water Taxi boat tour to explore the Intracostal and the Ft. Lauderdale area. Resort quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and no parties or loud noise are permitted. One vehicle parking is allowed per apartment with parking pass. Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Beach are only a short 25-30 minutes drive on I 95S and offer great dining and entertainment. We are located 30 minutes north of the Ft. Lauderdale airport and 40 minutes south of the Palm Beach airport. The area offers the following activities for you pleasure and enjoyment:

Marina Bahia Mar i Marina Pier 66 són dues opcions excel·lents per a aquells que busquen unes vacances actives, però si el que et ve de gust és anar de compres, no et perdis Bulevard de Las Olas i Centre de la Ciutat de Boca Raton. Per gaudir d'una nit diferent, pren nota: Port Everglades - Fort Lauderdale és una molt bona opció. Si viatges amb nens, porta'ls a Centre Aquàtic de Pompano Beach. The location was great with a short walk to the beach. The accommodations work well for two people with adequate space and cooking facilities. Neda was very prompt answering questions and addressing any issues we had.

Great room for 1-2 people and had everything needed for my trip. The location was pretty quiet, and beach was a short walk across down the road. The pool looked nice and was also pretty quiet but I didn’t really use it because TJ beach was right there. Communication with the owner was great. It’s close enough to lots of food options too. Great stay overall!

Very comfortable.

It was well kept and updated. The pool area was so nice with lots of chairs. We hit rainy weather, but there was a covered area out of the rain where we could sit and play cards. I would stay here again.

Very nice condo, it was true to pics and description, bed is fabulous

Great lil place!! Close to beach, quiet neighborhood. Served all the needs! Some really good restaurants with in walking range. Shower has good pressure and bed and pillows were so comfy!! Will book again!!

Nice place to rest

Nice place to rest. No commercial area, but if you don't have a car, there are steel options such as a public bus, Huber, or Circuit free electric car. The condo is well maintained. I would choose it again for a vacation.

A+ Location

The property was very clean and had everything thing we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach. The property manager/ owner was very prompt in answering questions. Pompano has lots of great restaurants and fun activities. We’d go back to this property in a heartbeat!

Cold pool and thin walls

The pool was ice cold for my 7 straight days and the unit was acceptable except the walls are so thin you can hear every conversation of your neighbors and more.

Very clean, great location!

We stayed for 10 days. The unit was very well laid out and very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and there are a couple restaurants right there. We did rent a car to make grocery runs, etc. There are no convenience stores nearby. There are Ubers and the Ride Circuit seems like a convenient way to get around if you do not have a vehicle.

This was my first time staying at this property. I come to the Fort Lauderdale are several times a year and have stayed at many different properties. This is definitely one of my favorites! The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a 3 minute walk to either the beach or the Intercoastal…..the interior is spotlessly clean and well decorated with everything you need for a pleasant stay!! The bed is super comfy as is the pull out couch in the living room! I really loved staying at this place and cannot wait to return! Thanks!!

Relaxing property

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo was clean, well equipped, 5 min walk to the beach & in a quiet neighbourhood. This complex is in a very quiet area of Pompano Beach. Our condo owner was very efficient at getting back to us either by phone or email when we had questions. She resolved any issue very very rapidly. (We only had 1 minor issue with a beach umbrella) The condo complex was well maintained...lots of palm trees & flowers. (Lots of wildlife with lizards of all colors and sizes) Although the pool water was clear & clean with enough clorine, the pool area maintenance could be upgraded as we found on a couple of occasions lizard droppings around the pool. Other than that, great place to stay, relax and vacation!

Hidden gem

Hurrican Ian hit the day of our check in. Flight was canceled. We came 3 days later and Neda refunded the 3 days we missed without hesitation. The pictures are quite accurate. The community pool is a nice size. However not as large as it looks in the pics. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room seating. Neda was very responsive to any needs. What a great host! The only negative is the walls are very thin. You can hear everything people talking etc.. The location is really good. There is an on demand taxi service no charge! Great restaurants. Great beach just down the street. We will definitely stay again.
