The Ocean Club At Deerfield Beach

Hello and thank you for scrolling down to the description. You may have noticed that May, June, July and August have been blocked from booking. We will start out concrete restoration and painting project on May the 4th 2026. We will be all done for September and forward booking. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. If the work goes smoothly or the disruption seems mild, I live only a mile away so I will be checking, I will open up dates. We will be even more beautiful after the facelift and plan to change nothing that would get in the way of your nostalgic feelings at our truly 70's style property.

VRBO has changed the way that you see the cost that you pay. They have essentially hidden their costs, which in the case of my condo are 12% of my night rate. They have also hidden the cost of cleaning from you which is $200 by including this cost in my night rate. They add taxes in at your rental closing. They do not make this fact clear and I reserve the right to properly inform my guests so that they do not think that I am price gouging them. Thank you for understanding the increased pressure I am under as an owner in contract to VRBO.

Our stay at the Ocean Club was wonderful. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for us. David, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made the entire experience seamless and stress free.The location is truly unbeatable- an amazing ocean view from the large private balcony and easy walkability to the pier and nearby restaurants. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying the view each day was a highlight of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

The host was v welcoming and kindly met us on arrival (even though it was late in the evening) and brought us some goodies as a welcome which we were very grateful to receive. The apartment is lovely and is full of provisions so we didn’t really have to go and buy any basics and we appreciated that. The location is perfect and I look forward to coming back again in future years. Many thanks to David for his hospitality and kindness.

Let me start by saying David is an amazing host. He was thorough from the beginning, which my husband & I, appreciated. He met us at the unit upon arrival for a walk-through. We enjoyed every moment of our ocean front beach condo stay. The unit was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with essentials. Towels & washcloths are provided. Beach towels are provided, as well as a beach pass for chair and umbrella during your stay. The unit is in walking distance to everything, restaurans, & bars. There's a Publix near by, close enough to walk if you don't mind walking. We walked for groceries. We rented a car, a car is not needed unless you want to get out and explore other areas which we always do. Overall; the unit was perfect for our needs. We plan to add David's beach condo to our must visit forever list. Thank you David for your professionalism, kindness and willingness to assist during our stay. We're looking forward to seeing you in the near future.

We had the perfect stay!! David was so communicative, beginning to end. We had a tiny, very resolvable issue with the A/C, which he had fixed within minutes. The condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. You also cannot beat this location. We enjoyed being steps from the beach, the pool (which was never crowded), walking to dinner every night, and enjoying a lot of time on the balcony. We will definitely be back. Thank you, David!!

The BEST!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this beautiful condo! The view is exactly as shown in the photos, and so lovely to walk across to the beach, with the loungers and umbrellas available every day! The pool was great - not crowded at all. Gated ample parking was a bonus. We also loved that there are some great places to eat within walking distance. David, the owner was always available and helpful with any questions we had. We WILL be back!

Amazing Spot and Amazing Host

The owner David was great to work with! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. Beautiful condo with amazing view. We were able to walk to most restaurants nearby. Pool was nice too, but we spent most of our time at the beach.

The perfect place

I recently stayed at a fantastic condo and had an amazing experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ocean views from the condo were breathtaking, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. One of the best features was its location—just a short walk to many great restaurants, making it super convenient for dining out. Highly recommend!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

We have found our ultimate holiday weekend getaway destination. This will be the second time in the same year that we have stayed in Dave's condo while visiting Deerfield Beach, FL and we love it. We absolutely lucked out in finding Dave and his condo. The location and accommodations are absolutely perfect.

A great find

This is one of those places you don't want to leave a great review because you want to keep it a secret. The location rocks. Literally 20 feet from the beach. A bonus is that you have full use of 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and table - a big savings. The water is nice - if it is calm you can snorkel and see a load of fish, if it's a bit wavy it nmakes for some good boogie boarding. The property is all yuou would want. SUPER clean, fullk kitcen, very effective aiur conditioning, balcony with a rocking vire, and a nice quiet pool. Everything ewas very comfortable - the same stuff you would pout in your own oceanside paradise. Finall, David is so easy to work with. Impeccable directions and details on check in and where to find everything. If you have any issues he will fix it right away, and if you don't you won't hear from him. I would hope to stay here on my next visit and so should you :)

Deerfield Beach Paradise

Our Memorial Day weekend getaway at 204 Ocean Club Beach Resort was spectacular! The accommodations were perfect and the location and view were perfect. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning with coffee and the moonrise every night with a glass of wine on the balcony. The luxury of just walking out the door and across the street to be on the beach was fantastic and the added bonus of having 2 folding chaise lounge chairs, a table and an umbrella, that comes with the unit already set up every day at the beach was incredible. Needless to say we will be back and hope to be on Dave's frequent guest list. He is a pleasure to work with. His communication skills are impeccable and he is very accommodating.

Great Location!

The condo unit is as pictured (very comfortable, has all the necessities of home). The location is in the heart of Deerfield Beach and is walking distance to many restaurants. Publix is a short drive away. The beach and the one mile boardwalk are excellent. The palm trees and ocean breeze made for a pleasant daily walk. The beach pass provided by the owner is a real plus (umbrella and chairs provided daily on the beach). The property's exterior steps, walkways and railings need some attention and painting. This is an HOA responsibility. We had a great stay and understand why people keep coming back here!
