See the beach from the large, private, outdoor patio equipped with loungers, table and chairs
The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

Living room has sofa with a large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with Stove-oven. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (2)
The Oceanview Townhouse sleeps 4 guests in comfortable beds.
Pac and Play and high chairs provided.
Premium air mattress on request for a $25 delivery charge..

BATHROOMS: (1)
All bathrooms are provided with (TP) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.
INTERNET: High speed wireless internet throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
The back patio equipped with chaise lounges, table, chairs and a propane BBQ
Full propane tank is available for a $40 service charge.
The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.

LOGISTICS:
Check-in: 4:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.
TV's: Both (2) of our TV's have access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for One (1) car is included, parking for a second vehicle is $20/day. (Maximum 2 cars)

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

It was a great value for the money and just steps away from the beach. The place was fully equipped, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for my family—we love being close to all the entertainment, and everything was within walking distance. Parking on site was also very convenient.The host was responsive and even allowed us an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful since we were exhausted from traveling.The only downside was that we couldn’t locate the washer and dryer, but we also didn’t reach out to ask. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again.

We arrived a little after 5 and it was already starting to get dark. The front light did not work and the key lock was broken it took 10 minutes and a tool kit to retrieve the key. The entire apartment, walls , moldings , doors and ceiling was spray painted the same white paint. Only to be broken up by furniture that looks little is was picked up on the side of the road. TVs did not work, a/c in the 2 bedroom did not work, a/c in the master was so loud I wanted to sleep in my car. Great location but there are hundreds of properties that offer that . I don’t recommend renting this property

We had a great time during our stay in Hollywood. The house was just as expected, a perfect, quaint beach house. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was a small misunderstanding on where on the driveway we were to park. It turns out multiple people utilize the driveway and apparently we had a specific spot on the driveway to park. We were unaware until the owner knocked the door to let us know. Not a big deal. Thank you for letting us stay at your property. We would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect. Can be a bit noisy, if you have young kids or like it quite, until around 10. The place was clean and tidy. The listing states there are a washer and dryer available but there aren't any in the unit. I messaged the property management and had no response at all. Tried to call and had no answer. Unit owners pulled in the driveway the night before we left, I went out to see who was pulling in the driveway and was asked that in the future we park closer to the house in order for them to fit their car in the driveway. They did not state who they were until I asked. The house rules don't state leaving room for anyone else in the driveway nor was there any communication with me stating they were going to be there. Not a big deal for me but would have liked a heads up. Overall a pleasant experience, would have liked a bit more clarity on the washer/dryer and the parking situation.

They stay was very good and relaxing. The location is great and the parking is perfect. The only problem was the beds. They were very uncomfortable and we had to purchase some bed pads to get a good night sleep. Other than that is a great place to stay!

Great location

The location was really good and close to the beach, the outdoor area was great. I’d probably stay here again. No washer and dryer so we washed by hand and hung out to dry. Owners do park and occasionally are on the property so there’s that and I’m not a fan of that because I like privacy but to each their own, there’s also a unit upstairs.

Good location, most other things were bad

The location is great, just a block off of the beach. Lots of other things sucked. Some issues include mold throughout the bathroom, the shower head was pretty crappy, it seemed that the tub leaked all over the floor, and there was limited toilet paper and no other toiletries offered outside of hand soap. That’s just the bathroom. The bunk bed room was different than pictured, just one double bed below and one single twin above. The owner had strict rules about the AC, wanting us to keep it at 74 degrees or hotter. Additionally, and most annoyingly, the owner of the upstairs apartment consistently parked her car and others’ cars (employees of her restaurant, friends and family maybe) to where we didn’t have a parking spot or were blocked in by other cars on several occasions. The property manager handled the issue quickly, but it was frustrating to encounter several times. It served its purpose, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Proximity to broadwalk

2 story/unit location. They rent out the bottom and the unit owner has the top. You can hear everything the top unit does. Walk, moving furniture, laundry, which there is no access to a washer and dryer on the bottom unit. Parking was a mess since the top unit owners park and have their friends and family park, blocking access to the back area and taking the trash cans to the curb. The listing agent was was attentive when I brought this to their attention. Usually when we rent at a beach, we have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. They had 4 chairs only. A 3 person couch for a 6 person stay so I bought so ottomans and left them with the neighbor FULL size fridge which was awesome! TVs in the living and bedrooms if that matters to anyone We bought a pitcher so we could make tea. Small 5 cup coffee pot available. Short drive all to a convenience store if you need things Weekends can be LOUD. A new restaurant/bar opened up that stays loud! But so are the birds in the am lol. We made it work!

Two week working vacation

The place was clean great location but if you don’t like noise, don’t stay there cause the bars are open late right around that area. We did not mind that wish they had a washer and dryer. I did not realize I didn’t have that so I didn’t have anywhere to do laundry for two weeks. Beach chairs could’ve been a little better. They only gave us two and they were really low to the ground and I don’t have a great back and could use some cleaning supplies and maybe more toiletries other than that the place was clean the location was great. Everyone was helpful And I had a great time.

Perfect location on Hollywood Beach

We had an amazing week at this property. Only a minute walk to the beach and everything we needed was within walking distance. House was perfect size for our family of four. We cannot wait to come back again!

Awesome!

Nice beach spot. It was steps away from the boardwalk and a block away from the bandshell. So many restaurants to choose from. Only thing I recommend is getting some better A/C systems going.

Honest Review

We brought my mother Inlaw, son, two daughters, and us to visit. We flew causing us to only bring a personal bag on the plane as we thought we could wash any clothes needed. There is NOT a washer or dryer. The spare room does not have a 3 bed bunk bed. It only has a twin over full not shown in pictures. The listing listed a bbq grill, but it was completely empty. Shower head didn’t work. No vent in the kitchen so the alarm goes off every time you cook. The home’s floors have major damage. The back door is messed up. The master bed under rails came out often causing issues with the bed. However, this location is AMAZING!! You are on the boardwalk and can see the ocean from the dinning room. The communication from manager was wonderful! They even brought us extra towels as needed. I would come back and stay I just know what to expect. Definitely great Value, but you get what you pay for so have reasonable expectations.

A few days

The location is fantastic! The home is small but for the few days we were there it worked. The king bed is very hard and my husband and I like soft beds so that was a challenge. There is one couch, we couldnt all fit on it comfortably. The AC units may need to be upgraded soon but served their purpose while we were there. The parking needs to be addressed. Put a sign for the downstairs apartment and sign for the upstairs parking, the upstairs people parked in front of the downstairs front door and it was a cluster. Overall, it's a cute little place to stay and the location to the beach and Broadwalk is fantastic!! Lots of place to eat that are walking distance.

Great location!

Great location. Property only had 1 bunk bed and we were expecting 2 that were shown in the pictures. Hard to communicate to get help from valgal. We needed sheets for the pullout couch. We texted and called with no response until 2 days later

Great spot near Broadwalk

Cute 2 bedroom one bath beach house. Steps to the beach and very walkable to restaurants, bars, and some shopping. We Ubered to Publix for food shopping for week because we didn't have a car. There were a couple of items we missed in house, but it didn't affect our time. Would definitely stay again.
