We are the perfect home base to visit all south Florida has to offer. We are also ideal for a remote work experience with desks and office chairs and a backyard oasis to enjoy day and night.

We are in a quiet residential neighbourhood with no through traffic, making the area ideal for daytime and evening walks with pets, family and friends. We do not allow for any parties, events or loud blaring outside music - day or night. The city also has a 10:00 pm to 7:00 am "no persistent outside noise" ordinance. HOUSE RULES

All guests agree to abide to the following house rules or should NOT book with us:

⇒ All bookings must be made by a renter who is over 25 years of age

⇒ Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the house.

⇒ Absolutely NO parties, events or loud blaring music outside - day or night. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood and are NOT the rental for you if you plan to make excessive and persistent noise outside. The house has outdoor noise sensors that monitor excessive noise.

⇒ Fort Lauderdale has a "no persistent loud outside noise" curfew from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am (Ordinance No. C-08-37). You are more than welcome to bring loud discussions or play music inside the house after 10:00 pm.

⇒ No pets unless additional cleaning fee paid.

Any renter who violates the rules above will be asked to leave the property, lose their deposit and will be liable for any fines/infractions imposed by the city.
