Plantation is a beautiful suburban community. The property is massive and provides lots of privacy, but guests must obey local noise rules at all times. At no point can your noise exceed property lines and disturb neighbors.

No parties/loud music outside. Neighbors need to be respected at all times. Please inquire with the host about any ideas you may have.

All guests are required to follow local ordinances and request all neighbors at all times.

Pets are allowed however they must be disclosed, and pet cleaning fee must be paid so deep cleaning is covered for future guests. No exceptions.

Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.

Reservations over Holidays; specifically, Christmas & New Years have a 12-night minimum if you want both Holidays or a 6-night minimum if you choose one or the other. Please send a request to the host with any questions or clarification.
