Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. This includes the private, fenced backyard with its dining area and BBQ grill. Entry is contactless via a unique access code, which will be provided after our security deposit and booking validation process is complete.

Fort Lauderdale has been dubbed one of the hottest up-and-coming culinary arts districts in the nation. Since the city has significant agricultural roots and history, this may not be surprising. The city has recently taken steps to revitalize its downtown area, paving the way for new farm-to-table-themed restaurants, pedestrian-friendly dining pavilions, and unique culinary experiences.



Funky Buddha Brewery: The Funky Buddha Brewery has been an Oakland Park staple since 2013, when it first opened its doors. The brewery is best known for its wide craft beer selection and experimental brews. Stop by this summer for a delicious bite to eat and try one of the most interesting beers on tap, such as the Maple Bacon Coffee Porter, French Toast Double Brown Ale, or Key Lime Pie Tart Ale.



Tenth Level Tavern: The Funky Buddha Brewery isn’t the only place slinging craft beer in Oakland Park. The Tenth Level Tavern is unlike most other bars in the area because it offers a variety of old-school video game consoles. Order a beer and jump back into your youth by playing your favorite Nintendo, Xbox, Sega, and PlayStation games.



Tatts & Tacos Beer Garden: If gourmet Mexican food and an ice-cold beer sound appetizing, Tatts & Tacos Beer Garden is right up your alley. • Booking Validation: After booking, you will receive an email to complete our required validation

process via our Dream Vacation And Rental Guest Portal. This includes ID verification and collecting a security deposit. Access code is released only when these are completed.

• Refundable Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is collected to ensure a worry-free stay. It

will be returned 7 days after checkout, assuming no damages or rule violations.

• Security: For your safety, the exterior of the property is monitored by surveillance cameras. The home

is also equipped with noise detection devices (they do not record audio) that alert us if noise levels

exceed 75 dB for over 10 minutes.

• Maintenance: To keep the property in top condition, regular landscaping and pest control services

may occur during your stay. We will provide notice whenever possible.

• Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the day of arrival, please allow a minimum of 4 hours

for processing before check-in.

• Special Items: If you need a pack 'n play or high chair, we have one of each for your stay.
