Great Stay, Great Location

We had such a great time staying here as a group of friends! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for hanging out, and the pool was definitely a highlight—great for lounging and enjoying the sun. The beach was just a short walk away, which made everything super easy. Would absolutely stay again!

Wouldn’t bring a 3 year old for safety reasons

The place is nice. I will share what was good and bad. The good things is that the pool was nice. The house is an older house that looks like they painted a lot of things white. The location is great. The beach is super close and it was a fun time with the family. The house is split between a big house and a guest house. My wife ended up sleeping in the guest house bc she said there was a smell she couldn’t deal with. I didn’t smell it except in one of the bedrooms, but me and my 3 year old son slept in main house and my wife and 8 year old slept in guest bedroom. The one thing I would say is don’t get this place if you have a 3 year old. There is a safety concern bc the year is not fenced in and we have to keep making sure my 3 year old wouldn’t escape and walk into a dangerous street. That was my biggest issue bc it was stressful thinking I had to constantly make sure he was in my site. My daughter loved the place. I liked it a lot. Fort Lauderdale is just a fun place to go to eat, beach and pool. Also we had to check out so early at 10am. I am used to hotels where you can leave at 2pm for late checkout but here there isn’t that option and it was stressful leaving so early. Especially with kid stuff to pack.

Vacation 2025

We had a wonderful stay! We didn’t realize there were separate houses with different rooms, but it ended up being a great experience. Esti was amazing—she went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She even surprised us with an ice cream cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

What a great family get away. Relaxing under the sun. Fresh ocean breeze and nice big pool to finish the day. We had incredible stay at this beach house. BBQ every evening with local supermarkets and restaurants near by if needed. 10 out 10. Thank you so much for the stay.

Amazing Pool

The pool is amazing and overall the house was fine. The kitchen is tiny so don't plan on cooking any big meals. The other item to call out is that the yard is not fenced. Other than that, the house is in a great location and we would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay in FLL

My family loved everything this property had to offer, host was so great to work with! One small piece of feedback would be to better detail the layout of guest house, it’s essentially one large room with two beds, the sliding door does act as a divider but you will need to walk through other bed area to use bathroom

Great Place!

We stayed for the weekend in a downtime of the season. The house was great. The pool was fantastic. The beach is literally a 20 yard walk across the street. Kitchen bathrooms, beds, all perfect.

Location, Location, Location

I booked a different property nearby for 4 couples to have a weekend away. I was told by the property manager who has this property and the other, that it was double booked. She did help us in getting this one booked. My biggest issue with this property is that it wasn't clear to us that the 4 BR's were split up between a main house, and basically a revamped garage. The property has been updated, and the location is tough to beat, but I'm not sure we would have booked this one had we known there was verry little privacy for half the couples staying there. On the positive, the location like I mentioned is perfect. And the pool is one of the best I've seen at a vacation rental home.

Great place to chill

House was perfect. Location is a hard 10 and the back yard / pool area was awesome. Having a house with multiple bedrooms and private bathrooms was a must as we were traveling with two other couple. House came nicely equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. Only thing we wished it had were plastic cups for the beach/pool but this was a minor item. The property was really good and the service getting checked in and out was perfection. Most importantly the property was clean and in a nice area. We'd stay here again if we travel back to the area.

Long Weekend in February

Great location on the quiet end of the road. Beach is a short walk from the house, but we didn’t leave the backyard. The heated pool is huge and there is plenty of seating outside. Great spot for a relaxing long weekend.
