We had a wonderful stay in Fort Lauderdale. While check-in was initially a bit challenging due to issues with VRBO’s messaging system, the host responded promptly and was exceptionally kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated.The property itself was outstanding. The waterfront location was a highlight—waking up each morning to beautiful water views and watching boats pass by created a very relaxing and memorable experience. The patio was spacious and comfortable, providing a great space to unwind. The room was equally enjoyable, featuring a very comfortable bed and a newly renovated bathroom that felt clean and modern.We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a clothes hamper and bathroom essentials such as sunscreen and other useful items we had not packed.The surrounding area was convenient and enjoyable, with easy walkability to Archibald’s Bakery and nearby bars and restaurants. Transportation was also simple, with golf cart taxis available for returning to the property. Parking was easy and hassle-free throughout our stay.Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again.

Lovely place, convenient for hanging out and quiet. It is in a well-maintained area and it really does have patio right on the Intercoastal, exactly as pictured. Hosts responded quickly when needed and otherwise let us enjoy the place as planned. We would definitely return.

This is the perfect property if you're a couple wanting a relaxing getaway to Fort Lauderdale! The location could not be more convenient to restaurants and shopping on A1A (NOTE: we did not rent a car and were able to walk to a lot of spots...for restaurants on Los Olas, we used Uber/Lyft). The unit itself has everything you need: comfy bed, ample storage, well-equipped kitchen (even cleaning supplies are furnished); Smart TV (to watch while you wait for your sunscreen to absorb in). The owners of this unit are beyond accommodating and responsive (not that we had any issues, but nice to know they were available to answer any questions). The office manager, Jocelyn, is a hoot-and-a-half...and we were able meet other unit owners during our stay who were just as warm-hearted and good natured (we're talking about you, Ray, and your amazing family)! :-D You will not find a place like this anywhere else. It was like a private community where everyone was friendly and strangers became friends. This will be our go-to rental when we visit Fort Lauderdale in the future 3

The unit was exactly as advertised, incredibly clean, and up-to-date. The back patio was amazing and proximity to the beach was very convenient. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet and serene stay with easy beach access and foot access to Las Olas.

Another great stay!

This was our second year staying here and it again did not disappoint! It was so peaceful and the boat watching was spectacular! Easy walking to the beach and some great restaurants. Certainly would recommend and will be back again!!

Perfect Getaway

Had a Wonderful stay at this little gem in Ft. Lauderdale. Clean, convenient & had everything we needed for the weekend. The only thing that could make it even better was if the bedroom had blackout shades for the early brightness. Owners were great & would def stay again. Quick walk to the beach & great little restaurants. Tip- the bfast wrap & chocolate chip cookies at Archibald's were Amazing!

Wonderful Time!

Our goal for this stay was to relax and watch some beautiful boats go by for the weekend! Staying here certainly achieved that and exceeded our expectations! Kirsten was wonderful and very responsive. Hoping to come back next year!

Perfect Spot for relaxing.

This condo was beautifully updated and most comfortable for the two of us. Location cannot be beat - as just outside your door was the large private deck for watching the boat traffic on the waterway. The complex is smaller - (perfect), very clean and upkept. Location is within a short walk to restaurants and to the beach. Would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful

This property is lovely. The space is exactly as depicted in the photos. Updated, comfortable and clean. It is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need. Communication with the owners is seamless. The deck right on the intercoastal is exceptional.
