The Space:

3 bedrooms with comfortable accommodations for a total of 8 people.

The fourth bedroom is set up as a cozy lounge area with a pull-out sleeper sofa, to accommodate another 2 people, for a total of 8.

2-car garage for your vehicle.



Guest Access:

You will be given move-in instructions by text approximately 10 days prior to your arrival, in addition to the day of your arrival.

This is a single-family house that every guest will have 100% to themselves!

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und gepflegt. Perfekt ist der Aussenbereich mit dem fantastischen Pool.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for a week at the Pelican Point and the house was awesome! It was clean and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood close to all the stores and the beach. We would definitely rent it again!

Simply the best

Stunning geographic location with memorable view; although close to all forms of entertainment/recreation, we felt as if we resided in an "island like" enclave. Kudos to the property manager & to the owners. A wonderful property!

Pelican Point

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Point. The layout of the home is excellent, it was extremely clean, and the pool area and corner lot provided such a great backyard to enjoy. Lars was an outstanding property manager and the neighbors were extremely friendly. We would highly recommend this home.

Peilican Point

This was a great property and location for my family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was spacious and clean. It looks just like the pictures in person. The door code we were given in our email did not work but we were able to get in touch with Lars at 11pm (when we arrived) & he provided a new code. It is a gorgeous property and we were very relaxed during our stay.

A slice of heaven

We would like to thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us. The house was perfect for our family of 7. We had plenty of space in this well appointed perfectly located home. We were looking for a location that was close to everything but quiet and serene. We hit the jackpot. We could walk to shops if we wanted to. The neighborhood is quiet. The fishing was good. The pool was perfect with plenty of floats available. The one thing I was looking for was a place on the water to enjoy Dawn and dusk with a coffee and I had the most amazing views from the back yard over the water. The remodeling and decor was well done and so cute. I chose this place because my parents can’t do stairs. This place was perfect. No stairs and steps not even in the shower or going from the kitchen to the back porch. There are stairs going to the dock but they didn’t need to use them. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding and towels. I will definitely do this again soon. The whole experience was wonderful. Easy check in and out. I hope you enjoy this space as we have.
