  • Welcome to Modern Oasis, a beautifully landscaped home tucked away in historic Victoria Park. This peaceful, single-level retreat sits right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Las Olas. With 1,500 sq. ft. of space, the home comfortably sleeps up to four guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, whether you’re working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.

Before you leave, please complete the following: Dishwasher – Ensure all dishes are clean and the dishwasher is emptied. Refrigerator – Remove all open food items, beverages, and perishables.
Trash & Recycling – Take all trash and recyclables to the outdoor bins. Lower the umbrella and return outdoor furniture to its original positions. BBQ Grill – Make sure the BBQ is completely shut off.
Thermostat – Set the temperature to 76°F. Towels – Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor. Lights – Turn off all indoor and outdoor lights. Doors – Lock all doors, both front and back.

This home really is an oasis! The interior is gorgeous, the kitchen is well stocked and very enjoyable for cooking, the rooms are comfortable and everything is new and clean. The back yard is amazing! the pool, the seating areas, we were outside all the time! It is very secluded, quiet and private, and the neighborhood is lovely! We walked to the beach, to the restaurants, and did day trips as well. Owners exceptional! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place truly felt like a home away from home. Every time I thought I had forgotten something, I opened a cupboard and there it was. In fact, I went grocery shopping when I first arrived and later realized the house was already stocked with half the things I had just bought. Lesson learned — explore the kitchen before heading to the store!The backyard was absolute bliss — clean, private, well set up, and incredibly relaxing. I came down mainly to escape the brutal northern winter up north and soak up some warmth, and this place delivered exactly what I was hoping for.The location was perfect. Quiet enough to feel peaceful, but close enough to restaurants, bars, and shops that getting around was easy.The house was extremely well maintained and the host clearly puts a lot of thought into making guests comfortable. Communication was easy and everything about the stay was smooth.Overall a fantastic stay. I would absolutely come back.

Great stay in Fort Lauderdale!

This house was perfect, clean and the hosts were so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this house to others! It is walking distance to some restaurants and shops but it was also very easy and quick to get affordable uber or Lyft rides too.

This house is simply amazing I enjoy my stay to the fullest to the pool to the just sitting and enjoying the backyard this house is a must if you visit this area. The host are very good any questions they will respond immediately which is a plus I highly recommend me and the wife will definitely be back 2023

Overall, our stay was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, there was an issue with the linen in one of the bedrooms. I immediately contacted the owner and was promptly provided with new linen. The kitchen well appointed and the backyard was lovely.
