On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, 43” Samsung TV, remote-controlled fan and lighting and en-suite bathroom with a tub and rain showerhead. Sliding glass doors open to easy access right to pool.

On the second floor you will find a family room,office, dining and kitchen area along with a half bath. Entertainment in this area features a 60” Samsung UHD Smart . The balcony off the living area opens the space up to the outdoors overlooking pool area. The large kitchen showcases Italian cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, seating for four at the breakfast bar and all the necessary items for entertaining. The formal dining area accommodates 8 comfortably.

On the third floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 50” Samsung UHD Smart TV, a balcony, and a lavish master bath with twin vanities & a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 43” Samsung Smart TV; a third bedroom is similarly outfitted. Both bedrooms share the full bathroom (one bedroom attached) with large tub/shower combo and rain head showerhead. The washer and dryer are located on this floor.

THE LOCATION
You’re only a 5min walk away from the beach and North Ocean Park just 350 yards away. Paddleboard, exercise or just spread a towel on the sand!

Three resorts with restaurants, bars and a spa are also right across street!

In addtion to our ON-SITE POOL, spa & fitness room INCLUDED you will find a stunning oceanside resort pool, hot tub and gym that is available for a resort fee paid directly to resort.

Just 1.2 miles (easy 15 to 20 min walk) to the wonderful area at Pompano Fishing Pier. Here you will find casual & upscale dining, bars, a playground, and a walking/biking trail.
Not much further at 4.3 miles another great beach area is at Commercial pier (Anglins Fishing Pier) in Lauderdale by the sea. Great area with cute shops, restaurants, beach and pier.
Guest access
No street parking or blocking street in any way. You will be towed by association. Private garage has room for two regular sized vehicles and at times there may be an open spot at front of complex entrance from AIA
