Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 10min to downtown Ft. Lauderdale & beach, this 3 bedroom 3 bath home offers everything a group could want for an upscale relaxing getaway. The freshly renovated interior sparkles with modern decor & high-end furnishings while accommodating a group in a spacious setting. The backyard is surrounded with amazing views with lush tropical plants, a heated pool ($), hot tub, dining set, tiki bar & lounge seating with a fire pit table.

Any cancelation refund may be subject to a payment processing fee of the original amount charged. Please inquire with the host for further details.

POOL HEAT: If you would like the pool heat turned on for your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival (if applicable). Please note there is a $30 DAILY FEE for pool heat. We can set the pool heater up to a maximum of 85 degrees depending on ambient temperature. The pool heater works optimally in ambient temperatures of 65 degrees or warmer and if the ambient temperature drops below 65 degrees, please understand the pool heater may not be able to keep up with the cooler temperatures and it may take longer to heat up the pool and there will be no refund in this case as the ambient temperature is out of our control. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the pool heat.

Early check-ins/Late checkouts: Please contact the host to inquire about early check ins or late checkouts. Be aware a $25/hr fee may apply for any extensions.

The property was as advertised and more. Clean pool, premises and backyard, just plug and play. We were truly fortunate to have gotten to stay here as another VRBO stay was not and a terrible experience. We ended up checking into a hotel, which was a first. So grateful for this teams dedication, competence and caring.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

We came down to Fort Lauderdale for a relaxing family getaway. This home was absolutely perfect for our family of four to do just that. The pool area was so cute, and has everything you could want and more: cozy furniture, shady palm trees, outdoor bar, umbrellas, and a gas fire table as well. While we did eat most of our meals out, the kitchen was very well appointed and served us well for breakfasts and snacks. The property manager, Josue, was very helpful and responded quickly when we had an issue checking into the home for the first time. It’s a beautiful place, we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if we find ourselves in the area!

Backyard Oasis

Great time at this rental. Check-in was a breeze, communications with Josue were outstanding throughout the stay. We particularly enjoyed the secluded backyard with heated pool and a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped, too.

We rented out this oasis for the backyard pool and space but the entire property was absolutely amazing . Clean, spacious, and communication with the hosts was great! We hope to be back soon.

Spring Break 2023!

I think it's important to give an honest review of not just the house but the area as well. From the airport we drove through a pretty sketchy area on the way to the house and were honestly a bit worried about our choice in renting this home. However, after arriving and staying a week we realized our fears were unwarranted. Like any big city, Fort Lauderdale has good areas and bad that can often be separated by a few blocks. This home is in an older neighborhood, but all the homes are being updated and it's a very quiet area. We never heard a dog bark or a car drive by. The house itself is exactly as shown online. It's a beautiful small place, extremely well remolded and clean. The AC worked perfectly and having 3 baths attached to the 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family. It's obvious the owners use it too as the kitchen is stocked well with everything to cook if you choose to do so. Even a wine frig, martini glasses and an oversized refrigerator! The pool was heated and the jacuzzi too. The landscaping on this home is amazing and you truly feel like you have an oasis. The house is close to Wilton and there's a launch area for kayaks right there. Storks for breakfast is 3 min. away. It's a 10 min drive down 15th St. to Las Olas Blvd with all the shopping and restaurants you could want. The beach is 10 min away, but we chose to drive 15 min. to Lauderdale by the sea beach and Pompano beach. Both are clean, have chair rentals and have restaurants on the beach

Holiday getaway

Overall, house was great, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, airport, etc. The pool and outdoor amenities were great as well. Response time to any questions we had regarding the property was excellent. The only challenge we had was trying to work the thermostat. I do not believe the instructions were in the book. Other than that, great place. The price, on the other hand, was a little steep considering the size of the house and amenities, but understand that time of year is expensive and in high demand.

Absolutely perfect!

We can’t say enough good things about this property! Perfect amount of space and incredibly well appointed. Inside and out, it’s paradise. Very close to the beaches, restaurants and we enjoyed many trips to the Everglades, wetlands, rides up A1A…and always enjoyed lounging around our home away from home. It was hard to leave and we look forward to coming back!

Amazing stay!

Took a 7day stay with my wife and parents. Everyone feels the same about our vacation. Home was absolutely perfect! Dream backyard! Very clean and perfectly laid out inside. Very nice neighborhood! Rooms on separate sides of house for privacy. Just absolutely perfect. Diana was extremely helpful in any questions I had and responded promptly each time. Can't say enough about the place honestly. Looking forward to making it a annual trip in this perfect home.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood!

My husband, college aged son and daughter, and I stayed 5 nights at this amazing property when we came to town for the Orange Bowl and mini-getaway over Christmas break. The pool was heated yet shaded by palm trees (no sunscreen even needed), there were plenty of beach towels and floating rafts/noodles, the hot tub was clean, the outdoor shower was a delightful surprise, and the neighborhood was lovely for early morning and evening strolls. Indoors, the kitchen was SO nice and well stocked with all of the tools and dishes anyone would need. The house was modern and felt new with great internet and big screen TV. We ate lunches outside at the table covered with an awning. We relaxed in the pool for hours (never got cold because it was so well heated!). We played cards and games at the large dining table with comfortable padded chairs. We drove 2 miles to the ocean beach. Hard Rock Stadium (Dolphins and orange bowl football) was about a 35 minute drive - much nicer than coming from Miami. The property manager was always immediately responsive and helpful. It was such a RESTFUL and wonderful time together before returning to real life with work and the kids back to college. I highly recommend this property to anyone!
