Welcome to The Mariner Suites located at Hollywood beach! This unique unit has been recently remodeled to make your stay with us memorable. The room has new plank flooring, flat screen T.V., air conditioning unit, updated showers, and all new furnishings. This unit also includes a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. You can enjoy the pool and lounge area within premises, as well as numerous activities along the boardwalk just a few steps away.

Room:
Our private room is 247 Square feet in size and includes one (1) king bed. The room also offers a Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, an American coffee machine, a mini fridge, a closet with hangers, and beach towels. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, some basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

*We could set up champagne, balloons or flowers arrangements for the room for an extra fee.

Swimming Pool

Administration requires guest registration prior to arrival for the safety of our guests. First and last name of the guests will be asked, as well as a valid ID of the main guest.

Please be advised that parking is not provided. However, you can buy a parking permit to access a paid parking area provided by the city. You must register by yourself.

The Mariner Suites is located just 6.0 mi from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 8 mi from Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. The building interiors have been recently renovated, and the units count with all modern amenities.

There are four (4) steps to enter the property from the ground level.

Location is unbeatable, right in front of the Hollywood beach and boardwalk. No rental car is needed to make the best out of your stay in the area.



A security deposit of $250 is made to the payment method used. It is a temporary hold in the account that will be removed once the guest leaves the property. It is in case of any damage made during the stay that must be covered, we will inform you during the cleaning process.
Friendly Reminder

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. You can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% of payment. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll not receive a refund.


- Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.
- Excessive noise will be fined $100
- Each guest must send us their ID before arrival, so they can register at the front desk.
- Please, DO NOT Smoke inside the Room $300 smoking fine.
- Keep rooms items inside the house.
- Turn off AC when leaving the house.

Bath towels $15 each
Hand towels $8 each
Set of sheets / Duvets $50 each
Bed Blankets $60 each
Lost Key $100
- Party is $500 FINE
Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances and kitchen items will apply.

- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : )
**It has an additional cost of $50 USD up to 1:00 pm which is the latest time for checkout. **

- If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late check out. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

- An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

- We can NOT be responsible for packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property’s address.
