Luxury Water Front Villa!

Perfect water front Pompano Beach getaway with resort style Heated Pool and Tiki Hut area. Completely renovated, spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a heated pool. This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, established residential family oriented neighborhood.
With respect to our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 25 year old or college groups.

The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space and dining area. Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to the pool. Second bedroom has a King Size bed, flat screen TV and access to the pool. Third bedroom has 1 full bed, 1 Queen bed and flat screen TV.

Irina and Igor are great hosts, they have been available at all times during our stay, to answer our questions and be reactive whenever necessary. The backyard is amazing, like shown on the pictures. Great place to stay with all commodities within a few minutes drive, easy beach access (Pompano or LBTS)!!

This stay was definitely as advertised. A lot of extras around the pool that were a nice surprise. Great communication. Nice neighborhood that my wife and daughter could walk in the mornings. This property is certainly on my return list.

We had a great stay at this luxury beachfront home. The location was unbeatable a short drive from the beach. Overall, the property was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.That said, a few areas (walls, furniture, and minor fixtures) were a bit worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint or some updates. Nothing major, but it slightly took away from the “luxury” feel. Still, the overall experience was very positive, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at this amazing property. Everything was exactly as pictured. There is plenty of shade all day for those who don't prefer sun, but still want to be part of the fun. It was perfect. We didn't even make it to the beach, because no one wanted to leave the pool! Can't wait rent here again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

Our one week stay at this property started with the owner himself cleaning and preparing for us so that we could arrive two hours ahead of schedule. We really appreciated that effort! The house is lovely, fairly well stocked, close to grocery store, and Pompano Beach is wonderful. We were a group of five older adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. comfortable beds. The outside area was great. I spent a lot of time just floating in the pool and enjoying the shaded areas.

Great Get Away

This property was amazing! It was exactly as advertised. The interior was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was well stocked and the living area had a ton of seating so we could all be together The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area is amazing, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the various sitting areas and the pool. The hosts were great. We willl definitely book this property again!

Sorry this review is late. Igor and Irina are fantastic hosts. Their home here in Pompano Beach is lovely and perfect for our needs. Sweet vacation

This property was so chill. The property owner Igor was super nice and accommodating. It was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was there even beach chairs. The backyard was simply amazing. The pool was the best. I would definitely come here again.

Great outdoor space and close to everything you could need

Great location just a 2 min drive to Publix and multiple restaurants. We mainly booked the house for the outdoor space and that did not disappoint. We spent every morning and afternoon by the pool which featured plenty of shade in the 95 degree weather. All the bedrooms were a good size and the neighborhood was very quiet even on the 4th of July. Only negative thing I can say is the house could use some touch ups here and there. Scuffed up walls and such and the one side of the house had a lot of personal items from the owner. We had a great time and would stay again.
