Two Bedroom Oceanfront Residence is 1,200 sq ft and features:
--1,200 square feet of luxurious open-concept space
--Sweeping views from a private, furnished, 300 sq ft balcony complete with six person dining table
--One King Bed in Master Bedroom
--One Queen Bed in Second Bedroom
--One Sofa bed in living room complete with coffee table, chair seating
--Full kitchen including an island with counter-top seating, World range with four burners, microwave, Sub-Zero full refrigerator and freezer, tea kettle, pots and pans
--Two en suite bathrooms featuring Italian marble, dual vanities, a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed walk in shower.

Housekeeping Services:
As part of Hilton CleanStay with Lysol Protection Program, and in effort to ensure we continue providing service you are comfortable with, Conrad Vacation Rentals will only be offering daily Suitekeeping services upon request. Our team maintains a high standard of cleaning and will always clean your unit before check-in and after check-out. Please let us know what your preferences may be upon arrival. Please vacate the suite during the service to ensure proper social distancing.

Daily Resort Charge:
Included with your stay. Resort Charges includes Guest internet access; 2 bottles of spring water in room & on pool deck; 2 beach chairs & umbrella; sunrise yoga classes; 4 hour bike rentals for 2 adults (18+); 20% off spa services; local and toll free calls

Fees to be paid directly to Hotel at check in:
---Valet parking: $45/night + 13% tax (self-parking not available)


Policies: A proper government ID and a credit card is required upon check in to cover any incidental charges for this stay. A hold/authorization will be placed on your debit/credit card account for the estimated incidentals ($100/day) through your check-out date and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of the card issuer.

House Rules: No Smoking / No parties or events / No pets

Damaged Penalty: If unit is damaged, charges may apply.

Smoking Penalty: This is a 100% non-smoking property. A fee of $500 USD will be assessed for smoking in the Units. Please ask Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.

Getting Around:
The most convenient and fastest way to get around Fort Lauderdale Beach is by walking, biking, Uber, or taxi. Bike lanes and bike parking are along the sidewalks everywhere in the neighborhood make it easier to travel without a car as well.
