The wood fencing offers privacy to the front courtyard. The heated in ground pool surrounded by pavers, is perfect for sunbathing, dining and relaxation . This gorgeous property has a guest house feel and is steps to Fort Lauderdale Beaches. It is beautifully decorated and has a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Tile flooring throughout and wide-open living, dining and kitchen areas maximize light and views through the large windows overlooking the courtyard and the pool. The master bedroom has a King bed and TV and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.
