This house was perfect for our family trip that included a 3 and 1 year old. The pool was amazing for the young kids with the shallow area and plenty of pool toys. Being able to control the pool and spa temperature was a top notch experience. The house itself was clean and perfectly represented in the photos. This is an amazing property. The hosts were quick to respond to any needs and laid out plans for simple check-in and check-out. The home is a 5-mile walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. This, accompanied by with a wonderful pool area make this home a top rated South Florida experience. 10/10 recommended.

The house was great for our family of seven. The pool and spa were a big hit! Bedrooms were spacious with closets and dressers to hold all of our belongings. Beds were pretty comfy too. The pool table got used multiple times a day. We walked to the beach in about 10 minutes. Shopping and restaurants were all also within a comfortable walking distance. We also found a park/playground with a basketball court, tennis courts and play sets. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

We are grateful for our stay in this beautiful home. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool area is beautiful. Great access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was very responsive to any questions. Hope to go back soon!

The house was very clean, pool and spa were fabulous, and the linens/towels were plentiful! The host responded quickly to a few questions we had on minor issues. The house is in a very nice location where we could take walks and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday!

Family Spring Break 2025

House was exactly as stated. The beds were the most comfortable I have had in my 15 years of renting on VRBO. The pool area was very nice and communication with property manager was very easy and he responded very quickly. We will definitely rent this home again in the future.

Family Getaway

The pictures are accurate; this property was perfect for our family of five! It had everything we needed and the host was accessible and very responsive when we had questions. The check in process/lockbox was easy and the location was perfect. It was a five minute walk to the grocery store, coffee, and cvs; and the beach was only an 8 minute walk. There is a tv in every room, and a pool table in the foyer. There is an option to cover it and play ping pong, but there are no paddles (we used Tupperware lids!). The outdoor pool area was where we spent most of our time. It was nice to be able to control both the pool and spa and change the heat as needed. The kids loved watching movies from the pool at night! There were plenty of towels, and although we didn’t cook much during our stay, the kitchen seemed to have everything we would have needed. The grill also had a full tank but we never used it. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for your hospitality.

We fit ten girls in here and had plenty of space to sleep and get ready. The pool area is spacious and perfect for lounging during the day. Close to many restaurants and night life!

Beautiful home close to EVERYTHING!!

This is a new remodel that is clean and fresh. The rooms are spacious and the backyard is fantastic. We did not use our car the entire time as we walked to the beach most days (beach chairs and wagon are a plus!) and we walked into town for dinner and music most evenings. The host was very responsive and handled some issues promptly. LBTS is a great area and we will be back.

Awesome vacation home!

Awesome house in a great location. Everything was just as described. You could tell the house was newly renovated and was very clean. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. Pool is amazing! The size of the pool was just right for the size of the outdoor area. The design of the pool and hot tub were well thought out. Outdoor TV was also an excellent idea. The many TVs and pool table also added to the entertainment aspect of the property. Just be aware that there is no cable or dish for tv programs, the tv’s are set up for streaming or subscription channels only. Short walk to the beach as well as all the bars, restaurants and cafes Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. All beach accessories are provided also, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for transport. We had a great stay with no issues. We will definitely consider this property again for our yearly Florida vacation. The host for the property (John & Massimo) were also very helpful with any questions or issues we had during our stay.

Beautiful home and pool!

The house at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is absolutely gorgeous! The finishings are thoughtful and truly luxurious (we esp loved the bedding and the oversized living room sectional). It felt like we had our own resort pool in the back, and our two families loved having a clear line of sight to it from within the home, as we had children with us. The pool even had a large area/ledge of shallow water that is perfect for lounging or playing with a small child (my 9-month old could sit with me and play there). The property manager was extremely responsive, and helped us very quickly when needed. They’ll make sure you’re well taken-care of. I’m taking off one star for location because the house wasn’t walkable for our group. We had young children and a baby and were not prepared to make that trek to the beach with everyone in tow, esp because it required crossing a fairly major road. We chose to drive instead, which also meant paid parking. I do think adults or older kids could walk if they wanted to, but it’s still a 10-min walk on a major road. The Lauderdale-by-the-sea community is adorable though, so once you’re down there, it’s great to enjoy. I also appreciated the overall convenience to Fort Lauderdale Beach for activities and dining, so if you are looking for a more residential option that’s still close, this is a good choice.
