This is a beautiful apartment: modern, clean, lovely balcony facing the ocean, nice king size bed and queen sofa bed, 1/2 block off the beach. The rooftop pool and bar stunning. Price is steep to valet park a car, but you can get a one month public parking permit from the city for $115 and then park at the Garfield Street garage a few blocks away. Super easy.

Oops...

The unit was immaculate as usual for our second stay here. We love every aspect of it. But... The property did not have our paid reservation when we arrived. And with a four-hour flight delay, not something you want to be dealing with at 12:30 a.m. After calling and getting hung up on, fortunately, the property attendant made contact with Global Rent Apart to send in our reservation. And we finally were able to check in at 1:30 a.m. Could say we lost half-a-night of our stay. And we never received any follow up from Global Rent Apart to explain what happened.

Perfect Location

The location is the highlight of our stay. The proximity to beach is a plus. The area is not a spring break crowd, plus plus. This place is great to unwind and just enjoy the beach or pool. I do wish the room offered paper towels/kitchen hand towels. It's not ideal to go grocery shopping the minute we arrived. I would suggest stopping at Publix before arriving. Overall the room was clean, convenient to beach and boardwalk. Also pretty close to Margaritaville for nightly concerts.

Overall good stay

The unit was good but unfortunately was not very clean. Sadly we did not report this on the 1 st day but in 2 days after check in, so the owner could not do anything due to resort rules. This was disappointing as there were long black hair on the floor everywhere and on the bed too. We swept the floor multiple times during our stay and decided to move on about this issue. The washing & drying machine was not working - the owner sent instructions on how to start but it did not work. There was no resolution after… so we did laundry when got back home. The handle issue in the bathroom was fixed promptly. So that was great. A couple of suggestions: beach towels would be great in the unit. Also no basic spices, salt, sugar. So if you are planning to cook anything you would need to buy everything. We did not cook, but this is something to keep in mind, as in other rentals this would be available. Location is the best, nice ocean view from balcony and super short walk directly to the beach. We liked the area a lot! Would come back to the area but check out other units in the resort…

A great place!

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. A wonderful place to chill, take walks along the Broadwalk or relax at the roof top pool. Clean and trendy apartment. We will be back!

Great spot near the beach

Apartment was as described and was a great place to stay for our Xmas getaway. Walking distance to numerous bars/restaurants and having the rooftop pool was a plus as well. Would recommend the place to anyone coming to the area

Best place!

After our first property going bad real fast, VRBO found this place for us. Property was clean, ocean views and right in the middle of the broadwalk! I would definitely stay here again! I really wish VRBO could settle bad properties BEFORE you leave on vacation as it does put a damper on things when you start your vacation.

Great place right in the middle of Everything!

Me and a couple friends wanted to get away from the cold up north so we booked this gem! The location is a block from the beach and broad walk. The rental is part of a hotel which has a great rooftop pool, jacuzzi and bar. The condo was clean and new. The king bed was so comfortable, I wish we could same about the pull out in the living room. The only negatives were that we only had 4 bath towels for the 5 days we were there and no paper towels.

Great experience

Great experience. I just wish there was a small amount of dish washing detergent and some extra garbage bags for us in the apartment so we didn’t have to go find some on vacation. All vrbos I’ve stayed at always have a small sample of detergent, dish soap, extra paper towels, coffee etc…
