KITCHEN: fully stocked kitchen with all top-of-the-line appliances and features. Coffee machine, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, hot kettle, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, 2nd full size refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven.

Other things to note
CLEANING:
* All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
* Household cleaning supplies are provided. (Broom, mop, vacuum etc)
* Washer and dryer with extra refrigerator is provided
* Detergent is provided

LOGISTICS:
* A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV’s: All of our TV’s are Roku Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once per two weeks usually on Wednesdays or Thursday so don’t be alarmed.

POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes once a week usually on Thursday in the afternoon so don’t be alarmed.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. Pool cups and jug are separately provided. No glass is permitted in or near the pool.

GARBAGE: The city of Oakland Park removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. And if you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the lawn and street.

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.
