Good place

Nous avons louer 1 mois et avons vraiment passée du bon temps. La maison est proche de tout et dans un cul-de-sac donc peux passant. Nous avons fait beaucoup de Kayak (fourni par le propriétaire) et avons aussi pêcher directement dans le canal en arrière !

Just the right place for a lovely vacation!

This property was everything it promised to be: beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped and with a large pool in a quiet neighborhood on the canal. Yet it is close to all the essential things for a family, such as grocery store, hair salon, nail place, gym, arcade, the beach and a good selection of restaurants. All of us enjoyed the week we spent here.

Nice place for a family stay

This house is very nice - 4 good bedrooms and plenty of room. Nice location and very nice screened in pool plus a sunny deck with BBQ - which we made good use of. Tatiana our host is really great - we had a problem with the drain in the kitchen and someone was there the same day to take care of it. If we could give a tip for improvement, we would suggest to add to the things in the kitchen - like wine glasses, silverware and coffee mugs. A house where 8 people can sleep should have enough things for 8 people (or even 5 like us).

Perfect Florida Stay

This was my first experience with vrbo and it was a pleasure. The house location was perfect, about 7 min drive to beach (Lauderdale by the Sea) about 30 min drive to Hollywood Beachfront and 20min to Las Olas farmers market Beach on Saturday morning. The local grocery store was 4 min away. The property itself was in a nice safe neighborhood, fruit trees in the neighborhood, pool was great, kitchen was great size, amenities of laundry, gas grill, fans in every room, dock to kayak and fish even though we didn't have time to use either. Family games available onsite so that was nice, too. Overall a great location and experience and will absolutely recommend over any hotel or resort in the area.

Spacious living room, dining and kitchen area. Pool items available; noodles, balls, squirt guns which my grandkids loved. They were in the pool first thing in the morning and again later. Lovely eating area next to pool. Sun deck available in back. Pool area very private. Beach towels, chairs, pails, shovel and umbrellas were great to have. Great location! Host very helpful.

Great space

The house had the right amount of space for our family. Having the pool area and the deck was nice to have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Overall it was a quiet neighborhood and a nice location for our day trips.

Nice home, need to improve check in process

The house is lovely. I found it very inconvenient to wait for the host to gain access to the home. 45-minute wait and several phones call to have them meet me at the home when a simple code could be given. I paid 2 weeks in advance to heat the pool and it wasn't done until I got there. The pool was perfect after she turned on the heater. Comfy beds and good location.

Private Oasis

This was my first time using VRBO. Tatiana was an amazing host to start off! She accommodated anything I asked for and check in was super easy! The house is beautiful and so spacious! It literally looks like the pictures online. All of the rooms/bathrooms we clean and the beds were very comfortable! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We didn’t have any problems while we stayed. The area around the pool was a little dirty but the pool was nice and clean! Overall we had an amazing time and I look forward to booking this property again.

Amazing property for a comfortable private getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The morning coffees over looking the canal, endless hours in the heated pool and late night grilling on the deck was the most relaxing experience. The location is very convenient to groceries, fairly quick drive to the beach and sawgrass outlet Center. Tatiana was an amazing help when we had questions about the property and was extremely polite and easy to work with. If you’re looking to relax and put your feet up with no distractions, this is the place to do it.

Fantastic, relaxing vacation for our whole family!

I was slightly hesitant about this one, since it had no reviews, but it was an amazing spot. Between the house, the pool, the deck, the kayaking and the fishing, we couldn’t have had a more perfect vacation. We’re already talking about coming back next year!
