Soak up the sun in this private resort-like backyard located in desirable affluent neighborhood complete with large pool, 20foot putting green, hot tub, yard games galore and private fenced in backyard. Large covered Patio with 55inch Smart TV outside, 42inch TV pool-side , large covered Weber grilling Station.
For both beach loving Floridians and vacationers alike, Lighthouse Point has become one of the most desirable sought-after neighborhoods in Broward County. It is a peaceful, safe and beautiful neighborhood…the location is just perfect! Florida escape is located east of US1/Federal Highway and minutes away from Broward County's most serene beaches, shopping, and entertainment venues. Florida Escape is conveniently located in-between the award winning “Blue Wave” beaches of Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. The beaches short drive or bicycle trip away.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom (vanity and shower), 55inch smart TV and a custom wardrobe closet.
1) Guest bedroom – King Bed, 55inch smart TV, Large closet.
2) Guest bedroom – Queen Bed, Smart enabled TV, plenty of closet space.
A second bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, is complete with a bathtub/shower combination, vanity and toilet.

This house is set up primarily for guest use; nobody else lives on the property. All areas of the house, private back yard and front yard is available for guest use only. Expect maintenance workers (pool cleaner, landscape crew) once a week.
Parking is plentiful. Space for 5 cars, circular driveway, right in front of the entry door, with no need to walk any distance from your vehicle to the entrance, and no stairs.
SURVEILLANCE / CAMERAS: The ENTIRE outside of the house is monitored by video cameras to prevent parties, unauthorized guests, vandalism, theft etc. There are no camera’s inside of the home.

The host lives nearby but usually does not need to meet the guest at check-in or check out. Access is completely private via the front door and self-check in is made easy with a code to a smart lock. The code is changed after each guest and will be sent to you on the day of and shortly before check-in. We are certified in EPA approved COVID-19 cleaning. This is completed before and after each guest arrives at the house. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and masks are available upon request.

Rental agreement will be sent to guest 1-2 days prior to check in. Rental agreement must be signed and returned to us. Check in information will not be released until this is received. Check in information will be texted 8 hours before check in.


Full laundry, washer/ dryer. Some detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Pool heater is extra charge of $20 a day.

We had a great stay for spring break and would absolutely give this property 5 stars.The pool was a highlight for our family. The heater worked perfectly, and the basketball hoop in the pool was a really fun touch (though the net could use replacing). The pool toys and rafts were also a big hit and made it easy to relax and enjoy the space. The pool table and darts kept the kids entertained when they weren’t in the pool (they did however get lots of bug bites when playing darts outside). The house itself was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, which made things much more convenient. The location was also ideal, about 10 minutes from the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and things to do.A couple of small improvements would make the stay even better. The bedrooms could use better blinds or curtains to improve privacy and block out morning light. Also, adding curtains to the doors/windows near the pool table (facing the pool) would help with privacy. There is an outdoor camera pointed in that direction, and it did make us feel a bit uncomfortable at times.Lastly, the TV/remote setup could use some attention. We couldn't change channels on Xfinity Stream, which was frustrating, so we just had to cast it from our phone to the tv. Overall, this is a great property with a lot to offer, especially for families. With just a few tweaks, it would be close to perfect.

Just as advertised, the house was very clean the pool was great and the heat worked great. Just one suggestion, the cleaning people need to do a better job on cleaning the BBQ before new guests arrive.. Very minor... I’d definitely book this place again. Thank you

Beautiful home, well maintained with plenty of amenities. Heated pool with waterfall and hot tub got plenty of use. Outdoor covered sitting area with TV was a real plus. Host was immediately available for any minor issues. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location in upscale neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and anything else we needed. 10 minutes to the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing property in a very quiet area but with everything you need just minutes away. Peter, the owner and Alison, the property manager were very responsive to any questions and checked in with us after our arrival to ensure everything was ok. The property was immaculately clean and very well stocked, they have thought of everything that you might need, plenty of cleaning products and more herbs and spices in the kitchen than we have at home, there’s even a pool table and board games.The outdoor space is brilliant!!!! Pool (pool towels are provided), hot tub, darts, corn hole and golf putting green as well as a large bbq (we used this to make our Xmas dinner) and a fantastic outdoor seating area with a large tv (perfect for outdoor movie night). I will definitely recommend to friends and family if they are visiting this area.

Peter is a great host with timely responses, as well as those who manage the property. The property is very clean. My family of 7 came down and stayed for a week during Thanksgiving. We naturally forgot some items, but there were extra towels, soaps and shampoos, spices for cooking, and everything needed to operate the grill. Also, when we left we forgot a bag of clothes. Peter was kind enough to mail it back to us. Would highly recommend and plan on staying here again in the future, great neighborhood, great location. Would highly recommend.

Vacation 7/26-8/2

This property and host deserves every bit of a top rating. My wife and I along with our six year old spent a week vacation here, and it was fantastic. Plenty (and I mean plenty) of space to enjoy. We spent hours in the pool day and night plus the hot tub is a great added bonus. Deerfield Beach in a quick 10 minute ride north (use the public parking in the area of the Wyndham Hotel, it’s cheap and the beach chairs/umbrella rental company is next to the hotel on the beach). Oceans 234 and JB’s on the Beach are two amazing restaurants right in this same beach area (plus plenty of other options). Luigi’s for that Italian Sunday dinner, New York Butcher Shoppe to make some steaks at the house (Weber Genesis grill as shown in photos) and Whit’s for a great custard after a hot day. Everything is within a few minutes in any direction that you could need, and it really felt like our home away from home. Head 30 minutes north to Boynton Boat Rentals and enjoy a few hours on the sand bars within the Intercoastal (beautiful times, especially Peanut Island). If we return to Lighthouse Point or surrounding area, this property will be first on our list to check availability. Kudos to the host and property management team for a better than expected vacation and all the recommendations for the area, much love!!

We travel a lot, and my wife and I both agreed that this was the nicest one we’ve stayed at. Everything was thought of and available. Pool is perfect for kiddos and plenty of space for them to run around the yard. Would highly recommend this place and their owners great communication.

Wonderful property with lots of entertainment

The house had everything we needed for our vacation. The pool with the waterfall, the hot tub, and the pool table were great ways to enjoy our stay. The kids had a blast and had fun throughout our time there. The host and property manager were great to communicate with and addressed any needs that arose.

Light house vacation

We fell in love with the area! The house was perfect for me and my adult daughters stay. The back yard was great, a lot of space and nice pool!! We spent most of our time outside on the patio. The neighborhood is great for walking as well! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely home

We loved the house and location in general. After a few minor set backs..ie.. pool cleanliness propane tanks needed refilling the owner was right on making it all work. My only suggestion is that maybe add a few more items to make the kitchen more cooking friendly. We were there for 3 weeks and needed to purchase a few items to be able to make dinners. All in all it was a great stay.

New Tradition in the making !

We had an incredible time at the property! The check in process was very detailed with a short term rental agreement executed between the parties. I appreciate that as it shows the level of integrity and care the host holds for the property. Communication with both the host and the property manager was outstanding! All of our questions were answered quickly and requests accommodated. The property is fantastic! Everything is as pictured, super clean and very welcoming. The host even left us a little welcome gift which was such a nice touch. Let’s talk amenities! The house is equipped with plenty of games, amazing pool table, and massive TV to keep you entertained. The outdoor area is an oasis! The pool is amazing, pay for the pool heat, it’s so inexpensive and works amazingly! We had so much fun playing basketball!! We really enjoyed hanging out outside, having drinks and playing corn hole and darts. We celebrated Thanksgiving and a birthday and this was the perfect place to do it at! We would 100% stay again and are even talking about booking for next year since we had such a wonderful time. Again, huge thank you to Peter and Alison for their hospitality. We will tell everyone about how incredible our stay was!
