We give our guests space but we're available when needed
As your host, we are available from 0800-2100 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

This home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.

This house sleeps 6 guests:

-3 Bedrooms, each with a queen bed, full closet with shelves and hangers
This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 55” Smart TV (log in on your own streaming channels).

There are 2 bathroom with laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap and shampoo.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, you can use free of charge.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig), dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.

There are multiple mini split A/C units, they have to be set in between 68-78.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

**Just a heads up, the shower in the main bedroom is a rain shower head, not a lot of pressure. Water just comes down and it has to be on an certain angle to let water flow freely

The home is close to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City-run bike and scooter rental program.


Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover accidental damages up to $500.00.

Note:
*The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations.
*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.

In addition, we have a noise detector that is located in the interior of the property. This detector does not record but measures the level of noise and reports when it is over a certain level.
