Our home is in a picturesque neighborhood called Avalon Harbor, just steps from the Intracoastal, boat launch, waterfront park, and marina. We are a short walk or drive from Pompano's beautiful golf course and olympic-sized aquatic center! To get to the town's main beach, it's just a 5 minute drive, 8 minute bike ride (enjoyable!), or 30 minute walk.

In addition to the beach, Chez Jasmin is just a few minutes drive to a beautiful golf course, an aquatic center with olympic size pool, and a boat launch on the Intracoastal.

The house is conveniently located just across the way from two large shopping plazas that include Whole Foods, Publix, Lowe's, TJ Maxx, and Home Goods.
