Hands down the best hosts I’ve ever had. I travel pretty much full time for work, much of that time spent in short-term rentals, and I’ve never once had a host this accommodating. You won’t regret staying here.

Great stay! Host was easily available via messages and in person. Beautiful relaxing gardens. So close to the beach. Our second stay and will be back.

This stay was wonderful! Very clean, well stocked and a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The grounds are fantastic as well. We arrived at the condo after a very long day traveling. There was beer, wine, water, fresh fruit and snacks waiting for us! Don't pass this one up!

We had a wonderful stay at the Florida Garden Apartment! The lush property is so beautiful! We were able to enjoy it in the evenings! They even have Bluetooth speakers you can connect to outside! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time in the apt because there was so much to do in such a close proximity. We would wake up in the mornings and walk down to the beach ..which was literally steps away! A great getaway for my husband and myself!! A

This was a lovely and comfortable place to spend a week with our two kids. The garden was by far the most enjoyable part of the property, but the apartment itself was cute and had everything we needed (we LOVED the smell of the soaps provided in the kitchen and bathroom). It is a half a block from a nice beach, which was not particularly busy even on the weekend during spring break season. The owners and other guests were kind and respectful. The only thing we'd share with others is that the pull out couch was not very comfortable (as far as pull out beds go). It worked for one adult, or a small child, but future guests may want to consider this if that sleeping space is needed for more than one person, bigger kids, or more than a few days. Overall this was a great stay and we would definitely come again.

I am so happy we stayed here! The hosts were helpful and friendly, we were steps from the ocean, and the garden was the perfect place to spend the evening. The hosts really thought of everything.

A little piece of Heaven

We loved the tropical garden to relax at/in at night. The snacks and beverages upon check-in was absolutely awesome. The owners are very friendly, and go above and beyond to make your stay "perfect." The closeness to the beach was great, too.

Beautiful and peaceful

My husband and I spent a relaxing week at this clean, cozy, well-appointed apartment. It has a gorgeous, inviting garden and is only about 100 ft from a quiet beach. The owners are friendly and very helpful.

Great spot with great host

Family an I stayed for a week for a work trip. Condo is a rock throw away from the water. 5 minute walk from Tiki Tiki, and EXTREMELY Quiet!

Relaxing Beach Stay

Thanks to Brian and Aleyda for a great long weekend. Their place was clean and a two min walk to the beach on a quiet neighborhood road. Close to some great restaurants and bars but the proximity to a low key beach is amazing. Brian was great at getting right back to me when I had a question. We can't wait to come back. Great place, great hosts!

Excellent location, clean and safe, wonderful owners. Wonderful courtyard. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Bikes were great to explore. We would absolutely rent this place again.

Quick getaway

DeSoto Beach House was nearly perfect. Just steps from the private beach, with chairs and umbrellas provided that were quick and easy to set up. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The only downside was the firm bed, though that comes down to personal preference. The owner was great to work with—responsive and accommodating.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this artsy gem. Excellent location. Can easily go from beach to the room for any needs. The property had several semi-private areas to enjoy for coffee, cocktails, a book or just relaxing. All patrons were friendly. We were able to recharge completely here.

Great location, quiet yet walking distance from the boardwalk. Loved the Tiki Tiki restaurant just a short walk away. Owners went above and beyond to take care of us. Courtyard is sublime. Plan to go again.

Friendly Hosts & Great Location

The apartment was just as described. The hosts provided some treats to tide us over until we went to the market. Less than 200' to a beautiful, quiet beach and the bike path to the Hollywood boardwalk about a 1.25 miles walk away.
