Inside, the home opens into a bright, white-on-white living space with a vaulted ceiling and oversized windows that pull in the Florida light all day. The lounge area is set up for downtime, with a smart TV, generous seating, and a shelf of board games. - Please be advised that although our pool cleaner diligently attends to maintenance weekly, we do not have control over the weather. Leaves, bugs, sticks, and other debris may be blown into the pool between cleaning sessions. Rest assured, the pool is consistently sanitized and well-maintained, and the presence of these items should not impede your ability to enjoy the pool. In the event you encounter any such issues, we kindly ask you to use the pool skimmer for prompt cleaning.
- Use of the provided kayaks requires receipt of a signed liability waiver.
- This home has exterior cameras in the backyard and pool area.
- We are located in a quiet residential area with strict city occupancy limits and noise restrictions. Please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from making any noise that can be heard outside during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This includes loud conversations, music, televisions, speakers, or any other noise-producing devices.
- Please follow all house rules, including those related to occupancy limits, parking, trash disposal, and noise restrictions. Violation of the Guest Agreement, including occupancy or noise restrictions, may result in fines and immediate removal from the property.

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles only. Street parking is not permitted.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
