Swim in the private heated saltwater pool (above-ground, 15 ft), grill on the screened patio and relax under the pergola. Smart TVs in every bedroom, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a laundry room make it easy for families and longer stays. Downtown Hollywood's restaurants and shops are minutes away, with free parking for 2 cars.

Bedrooms: king bed in the primary suite with its own bathroom, queen beds in bedrooms 2 and 3. Smart TV in every bedroom. Sleeps 6 in beds, and an air mattress for 2 more is available on request. Please let us know before arrival.

Kitchen: fully stocked with dishware, cookware, bakeware, a wide fridge, glass stovetop and oven.

Outdoor: private heated saltwater pool (above-ground, 15 ft, with ladder), screened patio with BBQ grill, furnished pergola with dining table, fenced backyard (pets welcome). Beach chairs and towels provided.

Laundry room with washer and dryer. Driveway parking for 2 cars (no garage access). Self check-in with a smart lock keypad; your code is sent before arrival. Check-in 4 pm, checkout 10 am.

House has exterior video surveillance at front and back of home.
