My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Marilyn’s place. The location was perfect, just a block from the beach, with stores and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking at a place in this area

Basically like staying at a motel with nice rooms

This property was like staying at a motel, which suited me fine. Inside was immaculate. Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and beach.One downside: the air freshener was a bit too much.

Very clean, great location (close to beach and town), amazing pool (they also have chairs/toys you can use), easy check-in, and a great price. My only complaint is I wish I would have stayed longer !!! I highly recommend staying here. Hope to come back soon

Exceeded all Expectations

I would like to thank the hosts for their superb communication skills and organization. Upon booking, I was sent detailed information about my stay which made for a seamless check-in. My room was clean and tastefully decorated with beachy accessories and a cool retro-style refrigerator. There was plenty of space to store bottled water and snacks. The coffee maker and microwave were clean and convenient. The modern bathroom featured a novel drain plate and glass shower doors. Bedding was clean and comfortable.I appreciated being a mere four steps from the pool. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was near perfect. By far, I was most grateful for the short trek to the beach. The distance? One block in an area with minimal traffic flow-The generous hosts loan guests beach supplies such as chairs and umbrellas. There were tubes and toys for the kids to borrow too. My rental car didn’t move much as a dozen restaurants and shops are located within walking distance. Nights were spent enjoying the Florida breeze and dining outside at local eateries. I am looking forward to an extended stay in April 2026.

Amazing little hidden Jem!

This little beauty sets across the street from a beautiful public beach. Super cute room, quiet and clean with a great pool area. The only complaint I had was the beds were not comfortable, but we really weren’t there long enough to use them.This is a “must stay” place if your looking to relax!!

This is our third visit to the property. It is an ideal location - 1 block to beach, a few blocks to town. Always clean and comfortable. Host is always responsive. We'll be back in 2026.

Absolutely amazing!

10/10 does not seem like a high enough rating!! The room was clean, bright and only one block from the beach! The check in process incredibly easy and convenient. The pool was warm and clean, the beach towels and beach chairs came in handy for our day at the ocean. Everything was perfection! We loved it so much we are already talking about going back! Best place on all of Deerfield Beach!

Amazing

You cannot go wrong with this property. Excellent location and the room is perfectly updated, adorned and super clean. I had an issue and the host was quick to respond and we had it all situated within no time. We waked to the beach, which is across the street basically and the building is very quiet which I really appreciate. I would certainly stay here again!

Great budget friendly place

We loved the hotel. It's quaint and very accessible to the beach. The pictures online are exactly what the hotel looks like in person. Our only complaint was that a family of about 15 or more people rented 4 different rooms there, and basically took over the outdoor space, constantly slamming doors all hours of the day and night. We completely understand that this is no fault of the owners, it was just an annoyance. We did encounter a few other issues, but were able to stay in contact with the owners and each issue was resolved fairly quickly.

Location great, 1 block to beach. Room was on first floor with two double beds, very clean. Beach chairs were available for guests along with beach towels in room. Everything we needed for our visit was there.

Great location for long weekend

Great proximity to town, beach - both walking distance - never need to get in your car for the duration. Pool is clean and faux greenery takes away the typical feel of a motel pool. Beds were comfortable, room was temperature controlled and shower never ran out of hot water. This was our second stay at this location - and we'll be back! GREAT VALUE!

Amazing Getaway!

From arrival to departure, the stay way perfect! The host is extremely accommodating and the room was spotless! This is my third stay and I highly recommend! The walk to the beach and restaurants is so easy! Will return soon!
