Enjoy beautiful ocean and boardwalk views from both the living room and bedroom. The unit features memory foam mattresses in the primary bed as well as in both sofa beds, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep for all guests.

The apartment is equipped with all brand-new appliances and latest-model AV equipment for your convenience and enjoyment.

The building is a charming, boutique 9-unit property and includes a shared courtyard/common area with tables, umbrellas, and chairs—perfect for people-watching, relaxing, and gathering while taking in the lively boardwalk atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s condo. The view is lovely and being steps away from the beach was fantastic. The condo was clean and had what we needed for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk to/from restaurants for meals and enjoyed daily strolls along the boardwalk. If you enjoy walking, I highly recommend heading north on the boardwalk, as the path will eventually lead you to beautiful vegetation. We found the bed moderately comfortable (slightly on the softer side) and the location quiet for a peaceful night of sleep. The espresso pods were a nice bonus for an afternoon pick-me-up. Providing beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels was also appreciated. According to the listing, the condo has a whirlpool hot tub, but we couldn’t locate it (the property is small). We were initially locked out upon arrival (11pm) as the door code wasn’t working, but Michelle gave us a new code and we were able to get in.

We had a great time in Michelle’s condo. Pros: location, amazing view, well stocked with everything you need, Cons: for light sleepers, the A/C is a little loud and there are no black out curtains in the bedroom.

Clean, spacious 1BR condo on second floor overlooking the beach/ocean. Only a few blocks from the restaurants/shops on Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Has everything needed for a stay in paradise- just bring sunblock.

Location Location Location

I'm not sure if I could pull out a map and pick a better location. 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport. Directly on the boardwalk (called the Broadwalk there). Far enough from the busiest areas so it's not crazy at night...but close enough that it's a leisurely stroll in either direction to as many little restaurants and shops as you could want. The beach is literally steps away, with a beach shower right there, and a chair and umbrella rental hut next door. The condo is nice, clean, well-appointed, and everything worked as it should. The porperty had a relaxed vibe, and the second floor location is nice as it provides a little more privacy than ground-level. The owner was very quick to respond. If you're idea of a great vacation is some beach, ocean, and people-watching, along with some funky shops and restaurants all within walking distance...you'd be hard-pressed to do better than this.

Fun Family Getaway

We travelled to Hollywood for a quick family weekend. The location was perfect, close to the action without all the noise. Open the gate and you are on the boardwalk. Then bam! On the beach! The patio was perfect to enjoy the sun and people watch. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything I needed for my family (grandma, me, and two kids (12,7) Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of towels, linens, and beach gear including sand toys. The pull out couch was big enough for 2 or 3 kids. This was our first trip to Florida and would definitely use this for our home base next time.

Perfect location and responsive owner

This was my first time renting for a trip so I was a bit hesitant. But it all worked out. The condo is as pictured and if u want to cook (we didn't), it has everything you need. The location is ideal as it's not in the busy section but just a few short blocks away. The beach in front of the condo is definitely less crowded than where the public area is or where the big hotels are, so that's a big plus. We enjoyed just people watching from the window or patio. There are beach chairs and umbrellas provided too. We had a few glitches but Michelle was very friendly and quick to respond so I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it. I would suggest more mirrors, perhaps one in the bed room. Easier for us females to get ready! Also we tried to keep the sand out of the condo but the water spigot at the beach entrance/exit didn't work and we didn't see one at the condo. That would be helpful for us renters to keep the place clean.

Excellent stay

Property was exactly how it was listed. Decor very nice and beachy. Beautiful view from the living room window. Steps to the beautiful beach.Easy walk on boardwalk to resturants and bars. Unit had beach chairs and umbrella. Nice patio furniture to sit out and people watch (jogging, rollerblading, biking, walking). The only concern would be for any individual that has stability issues, the steps to the unit are a little steep, no elevator. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great Location and Accommodations

Really good location - a little away from the main buzz of restaurants and bars on the Broadwalk, yet still just a few steps to the sand and maybe 100 yards to the ocean. Capping off the views from inside and the patio are the nice little extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels) provided by Michelle. We took advantage of the kitchen and made several meals during our stay. This unit had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Good space for a couple - or a couple with small children. Probably would feel tight for 4 adults. Had a fantastic time and a very positive experience during our stay and look forward to absolutely returning to this property again.
