- 2 Queen sized sofa sleepers.
- Pac and Play and High Chair provided.

- Large Primary Bath has combination tub-shower, toilet and bidet.
- Second bathroom has combination tub-shower, toilet.
- All bathrooms are provided with a starter TP and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: High speed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- All community areas including pool area, grills and outdoor dining areas.
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
- Coin operated laundry room.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: 3 Smart Tv with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The association is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE:

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: There is a dedicated parking spot on Harrison St. marked #41 just east of the building.

The property was spacious, not very clean. We found a cockroach behind a couch cushion and another one alive on the floor when we returned 1 evening. The property manager had to show the property to a potential buyer 2 separate days during our stay which was quite inconvenient. Lack of communication from the property manager about the cockroach issue, necessary codes to all areas we were permitted to use were not provided, and the parking pass was never issued.

The host and the property manager we're friendly. The unit was spacious with plenty of room as described. Even though communication between the property manager and myself was done in a timely manner, communication about the property was poor. The the main reason we rented this property was for the heated pool as described on the website as my family and I do not swim in the ocean. The pool was not available the duration of my 4-day stay, even though the property manager stated it would be running the next day. I am very disappointed I feel like I should receive some of my money back. My family and I had to get passes for the day at a water park. If I would have known this prior to my checking, which I reserved This Place several months in advance, I would have rented a hotel room with a pool.

O local é muito bem localizado e gostamos muito da estadia, para melhorar mais ainda sugiro a instalação de duchas higiênicas nos sanitários, cadeiras de praia melhores, guarda-sol melhor e fornecimento de um cooler para praia, pois não tem, apenas isto.

The amenities were very little. Place had stains on furnishings and the bath towels were also stained. Not well kept. No bathroom amenities like shower gel shampoos and conditioner. Cheap paper towels. Wasn't happy with my overall experience especially fir the price. Wint be staying there again.

Excellent Stay

We came from out of state for our 50th high school reunion. Perfect place for us to sit and visit while not attending activities. Loved the walk on the beach each morning and the close proximity to many restaurants.

Deck cleaning suggestion

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and tidy. One suggestion is to clean/wash the outdoor deck. We were tracking dirt and dust from our feet into the house and had to be sure to wear shoes when using the deck to prevent black dirty feet.

Near Beach and Broadwalk

This property is in an older condo building. The stairwell always had a musty old building odor. The unit itself is large with big rooms. The unit was cleaned with Pine sol or something similar leaving a strong residual odor during our stay. The bathrooms have more modern fixtures but they are very basic. The kitchen is very nice and equipped with what we needed. Nice towels were provided. The televisions get very limited channels that don’t include any of the current major network shows. The bed mattresses are very very soft. There are rules about the lowest setting you can use for the air conditioner (I believe it was 74). There are overhead fan/lights in the bedrooms.There are also noise rules which could be problematic if children are staying in the unit. The location of the unit is one half block from broadwalk down toward the southern end. It is the less commercial area. One parking space is provided for the unit. The outdoor pool is very small. We did not use it.This unit is on the third floor and there is a small elevator. Number codes are given to yo to get into the building and to enter the condo. There is no safe in the condo.There was no in person contact with the rental agent. All communication was done through email, phone or text messages.

Our winter getaway !!

We decided on our vacation impromptu and fortunately found this property on VRBO. We couldn’t ask for a better location in Hollywood beach. It is a vary spacious accommodation. The beds were very comfortable with very clean sheets and pillows. The linen closet was stacked with clean towels as well. A little more light in the kitchen would be better. Overall a great place and our family of four enjoyed every bit.

Spacious, clean and steps from the beach

I was happily surprised when I arrived. The unit is open, spacious and was very clean. The security features made me feel safe. The best thing, of course, is the proximity to the broadwalk and beach, which is a short half block walk away. There were a few minor issues: squeaky beds and the water was shut off for a few hours. Other than that, it was perfect and a great stay.

Great location

While the building is older the location is great. Steps from the beach and broad walk. We stayed at Margaritaville several years ago but this was great to have some space. Beds were very comfortable. Lighting is old and needs updated as previously stated. They have tall fold up chairs for the beach- like you’d take to a kids soccer game- so a little bummed they were not actually beach chairs. Plenty of towels. No shampoo or conditioner or soap for shower.

End of summer

We enjoyed our stay it was absolutely perfect for all of us. Very close to the beach plenty of room location couldn’t have been better. The property managers were easy to get in touch with with any questions we had. We will definitely be renting this place again.
