We only accept booking for the months of January and February if booked together. No less than 2 months booking for those two months.

Only 3 minutes walk to the beach, this one bedroom is located in a beautiful Spanish style triplex and nestled in a lush tropical setting. The wood fencing offers privacy to the front courtyard. The heated in ground pool surrounded by pavers, is perfect for sunbathing, dining and relaxation . This gorgeous property has a guest house feel and is steps to Fort Lauderdale Beaches. It is beautifully decorated and has a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Tile flooring throughout and wide-open living, dining and kitchen areas maximize light and views through the large windows overlooking the courtyard and the pool .The bedrooms has a Queen bed and separate walk- in closet.

Fort Lauderdale is a city on Florida's southeastern coast, known for its beaches and boating canals. The Strip is a promenade running along oceanside highway A1A. It's lined with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques and luxury hotels. We were there for a long weekend stay so not long. The location was great - close to the beach. Very nice that the unit has a dedicated parking space. The pool was was very nice. We typically don’t use a pool, but we were in this one a few times. It was kept clean and is heated. The unit itself was as described in the photos and description.

Well heated and clean pool. You only share the pool with two other units and never busy. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. Grocery store, Walgreens, restaurants and bars all well within walking distance. Property manager/owner great toWork with and communicates well. This is our 5th year coming for for at least a few days but usually a week to 10 days.

A slice of calm and quiet among the hi-rises.

Our second visit to this property. We love that we are at ground level and can enjoy the pool before we make a short stroll to the beach. You are in the heart of town but feel like you have landed in a real neighborhood.

Awesome!

The property was close to the beach and great restaurants. We loved the place so much we wanted to buy it LOL. The pool was warm and inviting and the apartment had everything we needed. The host was easy to get ahold of and very pleasant. We will definitely be back :) Thank you!!

Quiet and convenient

Even though we were evacuating ahead of Milton, our stay was nice. Property is a cozy 3 unit ranch that surrounds a pool. Nice fenced in yard so the dogs could play. Beach was just a short 5 minute walk. Good restaurants in walking distance. Excellent wifi. Host was incredible and very easy to get in touch with.

Perfect Getaway

We loved the secludedness of the location with the private pool. A convenient walk to the beach and not too far from anything we needed while visiting. Not too terrible of a distance from downtown either so we were able to check out Las Olas! We loved our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

While the property is dated overall, the furnishings were adequate and well-maintained. The poolside was clean, quiet and relaxing. Proximity to the beach was great. For anyone wanting a ground floor experience, this met the bill.

Another great experience

Great location and unit. Property owner communicates well and is very nice and help. This is the second time we stayed at this site but in a different unit. We love everything about this location and my wife says she's very comfortable here it just feels like our spot. Will be back every time we come to Fort Lauderdale.

This was everything we hoped it would be ! A wonderful pool and patio, a quick and easy walk to the beach, great neighborhood. Hosts were easy to deal with. We took our 8 year old grandson and the unit was spacious.
