Your health and safety are a top priority. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every stay.

★ **Pool & Backyard** ★
Use of the pool slide and outdoor play equipment is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

★ **Maintenance Access** ★
Weekly pool, landscaping, and maintenance services may require access to the property. Advance notice will be provided. Daily housekeeping is not included.

★ **Quiet Hours** ★
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM in accordance with local regulations. No outdoor music and keep noise to a minimum.

Commercial use of the property, including filming or video recording for business purposes, is strictly prohibited.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

A $1000 refundable security deposit is required before arrival. There`s a $1000 additional deposit requirement that may apply in the following cases:

* Local residents
* Bookings made within 7 days of check-in
* 2-night stays

Please note that the security deposit can`t be paid with a credit card.

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee will be charged for any violation, in addition to costs for damaged items. If smoke odor results in a canceled subsequent booking, you will be responsible for that reservation.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

The payment of a $1000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

If the booking is for local residents, an additional deposit will be required.

If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses with more than 5 bedrooms.

A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 5 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
