Property was as advertised. Close to the beach and easy to use the Marriot amenities. Overall it's a great location. The condo was nice and spacious so we had plenty of room to spread out. We were a family of 4 with young children and another adult couple. We had s great stay!

The property was exactly as advertised and access to the nearby Marriott and the accompanying amenities was a great addition. Dolly was a wonderful host and communication was excellent. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here!

Our family had the best time during our stay. We were very pleased with the accommodations. There is ample space for 6. The unit was very clean. The bedding was very comfortable. One suggestion the ladies in our group recommend - to have hand held shower heads and a bit more water pressure in the showers. Kitchen well stocked with what we needed. Loved having the washer and dryer and the drying rack for delicates/swim suits. Most of all it was so close to the Marriott. The amenities that come with this rental are great. Chairs and umbrellas at the Marriott. The communication with the owners was excellent. We are definitely coming back. Overall, my family and I were very pleased with the stay and our wonderful Fort Lauderdale experience. Thank you - Barbara and Dolly!

Great Beach visit

This is a great property to stay if you want to keep the family all in one space but still enjoy the amenities of the JE Marriott resort. The beach is lovely and walking distance.

This was a really great condo. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The condo owner was there to greet us and was only a text away with any questions or concerns. It has a huge nice balcony. The thing that makes this location priceless besides the very large space is the full access to the Marriott Harbor Resort and all its amenities; lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels by the pool and beach and 20% off all food and drinks, access to the spa. Really great experience.

Great stay!

Overall an excellent place and an excellent location. The owners were very responsive and accomodating to a few requests. Use of the MARRIOTT next store was a huge bonus.

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful. It’s rare photos on listings match what you get, but this place had a great location and was so clean & cared for. The beach/pool access at the hotel was so perfect and a great incentive to this property.

Great place and great location

The unit was very spacious and accomodating. The outdoor patio was perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning. Great location close to the beach and the ability to use the Marriott's pool and amenities is great.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The property was spotless, beautiful decorated, and incredibly spacious. The well stocked kitchen was amazing! Barbara and Dolly were outstanding!! Both were responsive, kind, and committed to making our stay memorable. Communication was quick and the check in/check out process was a breeze. This was one of the best vacation rentals that my family of 5 has stayed in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in a beautiful beach/resort setting.

Great Family Vacation Location

We had a phenominal vacation experience. The property was wonderful and so convienient to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort with Beach Club access. Easy to dine out or in, with lots off space for family gathering and resting. Barbara/Dolly were very easy to communicate with and easy check in, and helped make the vacation special with valuable insights for dining and play. We'd definitely come back again!

Great stay. Everything as advertised.

Everything about the stay was great, from the location, to the property itself, to the access to the adjacent resort and finally, the communication and support with/from the property owner. We plan to return.
