➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit, including the shared pool and laundry. Please make yourself at home.



➤ The washer and dryer are communal amenities for $2.00 for each machine.



➤ Free parking is available for 1 vehicle (Please note: Visitor parking is not available for short-term rental guests).



The Neighborhood:

Sunrise Intracoastal offers a relaxed Fort Lauderdale setting with plenty of convenience nearby. The neighborhood is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and outdoor recreation, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area.



Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is nearby, offering walking and biking trails, picnic areas, nature, and easy access to the beach. The area also puts you close to The Galleria and plenty of dining and entertainment options.



When you're ready to explore further, Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Boulevard are just a short trip away. You'll have a great mix of beach, dining, shopping, nightlife, and nature within easy reach.



Getting Around:

➜ Car: Driving is convenient, with major roads nearby for getting around Fort Lauderdale and beyond.



➜ Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



➜ Bus: Broward County Transit buses provide convenient public transportation nearby.



➜ Water Taxi: Water taxis offer a fun way to explore waterfront attractions and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, I cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, I cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.



➤ I have a doorbell camera at the front door of the property for our guests' and the property's safety purposes. This camera is actively recording images, and the building has cameras in the hallways and on the exterior for added security.



➤ The shared laundry facilities in the laundry room are located by the elevator on the 3rd floor.



➤The POOL RULES here at Colonial Manor West are "No One is Allowed in the pool or pool deck from Dawn to Dusk.
