Deerfield's Rustic Modern Beach House is a bright & open oasis that sits just off of Deerfield beach. Shops, dining, and nightlife are all within walking distance. You are just a short drive to Atlantic Avenue and Boca Town Center. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs, games, & toys. The grocery store is about a mile away (Publix).

Located only a few blocks from pristine Deerfield and Hillsboro beach, you can enjoy the beautiful sand and Atlantic Ocean or the privacy of your own pool. Marina's are only minutes away and provide a multitude of activities from sport fishing and diving or snorkeling, to windsurfing, jet skiing, and parasailing.

Kitchen- Modern open galley is kitchen well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker (Keurig) with Kcups, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms- The master bedroom has a West facing view with hurricane impact sliding doors overlooking the pool & water. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. There are TVs in each room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bathrooms- The open & bright master bathroom is complete with a glass enclosed shower & vanity sink. Both bathrooms are updated.

Exterior- The pool and exterior patio provide great morning light. Walk half a mile to the Deerfield beach side with dining, nightlife and shops, and beaches are there for your enjoyment. Gas BBQ Weber grill and propane provided.

Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Xfinity Cable in the Living Room & Firestick Smart TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. Up to 300 MBPS WIFI included.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is a short 2 block walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Less than a mile from Boca Raton.

Getting around

Uber, Lyft, Cabs, private car service and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is ample parking for 5 cars at the home (circular driveway).

Other things to note

If you are having an event, party or a gathering larger than 8 people you must notify the owner prior to booking as special events insurance is required. In addition, for parties and events there is a 2 night minimum. IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT OR MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE AND DO NOT NOTIFY OWNER THEN YOUR DEPOSIT IS AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED.

The beachside is very breezy which causes some debris in the pool. The pool gets professionally cleaned 2 times per week, but in the meantime there is a pool scooper on the north side of the house if you need it.

If you have any chemical allergies or sensitivities, please let me know so that the property can be cleaned with your desired cleaning products.

The lawn gets cut once a week & the pool gets professionally cleaned 2 times a week. Days/times vary.

Check out time is 10 am. For each additional or part of an hour after 10 am there is a fee of $50/hour charge. This is due to additional maids needed to clean in a shorter amount of time.

Our backyard faces a canal, and you may occasionally hear sounds from the neighbors. This is a lively beachside area, not a secluded forest. If you're seeking absolute tranquility, this may not be the ideal spot. Please note that outdoor noise is beyond our control.
