This lovely condo on the Fort Lauderdale strip is conveniently located and has a uniquely modern layout you're sure to love. Guests can enjoy access to shared amenities like a pool, hot tub, and fitness room. But you'll love just how close you are to the beach. The open full kitchen features a wall-mounted oven and colorful cabinets to match the tone of the condo's cool blue decor. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom, with a bonus soaking tub in the main bathroom. The private washer/dryer will take care of anything you brought to wear to the beach. When it's time to settle in, just close the room-darkening shades and enjoy a peaceful sleep from the 18th floor.

- You have chosen to lease a condominium unit directly from a private Unit Owner or their representative rather than through the W Fort Lauderdale. Any charges incurred on the property (In room dining, WET, Spa, El Vez, etc.) will need to be paid directly at the respective outlets and cannot be signed to your private unit. The Hotel does not have the ability to provide services to the room. Therefore, services and amenities that you would normally expect courtesy of the Hotel are not included with your stay, such as but not limited to:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had a great stay at the W. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We had 2 problems with the property when we first arrived and the property manager was quick to respond and get us the help we needed! We were very thankful for that and felt well taken care of.The staff at the W are all very friendly and want you to have a great stay. There are 2 pools but unfortunately one of them was under construction while we stayed. There is a gym available, spa to use (not included), yoga on the Terrance. We took full advantage of the chairs and umbrella at the ocean which in our opinion was one of the best perks. The view is absolutely breathtaking. You can see the ocean and have a panoramic view of the city. There are multiple balconies you can enjoy/take pictures and sit outside. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms big and very spacious. The location is excellent in my opinion, you aren’t right downtown on the blvd where it’s super busy but only a quick 5 minute walk from everything available. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay with friends or family!

Great big condo with plenty of space and great view.

The condo is great. Very clean with two big bedrooms with their own baths. Great view from balcony, inner coastal on one side, ocean on the other. Went to W hotel pool one day. It was quite a scene. We liked the quieter condo pool.

The property itself was great, the room was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. Additionally, the majority of the staff were very helpful and great to work with. Unfortunately, there was a couple people that negatively affected our experience. A lady at the front desk was speaking to me on the day we checked in, and then she stopped for 2 full seconds, so naturally I assumed she was done. When I then raised a question that she had not addresses, she cut me off and said "I wasn't done speaking." That was incredibly rude, and to add on to that, she said my card couldn't be put on file because the system was down. Because of this, I would have to return later that day to put it down. I did, and everything went smoothly, but then I was charged an additional $300 to the normal fees. When I asked about this, the man was very helpful and assured me this was a mistake and refunded me, but I would be willing to bet that same woman was the one charging me extra. Other than her, the stay was great, and it is a shame I have to rate it negatively. However, if I had not been paying good attention to my bank account, I would have been robbed of $300. This alone is enough to leave a poor review.

Great for a family stay

The property is located in a great location and all the facilities are awesome. We stayed with our family of four and the kids enjoyed easy access to the ocean and choosing between two different pools. The apartment itself is modern enough, but you can definitely see the wear of it. The kitchen lacks some essentials like a baking sheet, pots and pans that were usable (all are scratched Teflon), and a working ice machine (it was broken). The sliding doors both in the house into the balconies are pretty hard to work and could use some maintenance as well. We did take advantage of the indoor sliding doors to create separate rooms at night.Overall, we had a great stay and would stay in this apartment again.

We check into the unit the bed was filthy. I mean full of dark hair under the sheets. Had to wait for housekeeping to come and re make bed. The fridge did not make water the freezer did not make ice. The bathroom had a make up mirror but the lights above mirror and around did not work. The plugs next to the bed are hooked into nothing and didn’t work. The oven light didn’t work. The thermostat on wall is hanging on by one screw. The unit smelt musty The bed was awful , you sunk into and had permanent sunken in spots. The unit needs a real refresh

We reached out to the property owner about an issue with the lights and they told us to try the switches (we obviously did). They said someone would be coming out but no one ever showed. We had other issues (only hot water from kitchen sink, fridge water and ice maker broken) but since they did nothing for the first issue we just dealt with it. Also, when we booked the fee for the HOA listed was lower than what it is in person (it’s currently 55tax, said it was 30ish when we booked and didn’t mention tax)

Property is very beat up. Lights are broken, bathroom toilet paper rolls are bent and dishes needed to be washed prior to use due to uncleanliness. Tons of stains on carpets and be aware that one pullout bed was on a decline bent so it was not level, causing your head to be higher than your feet.

Same as all W Fort Lauderdale stays poor manger

W Fort Lauderdale (have stayed in other condos too) is lots of space and well outfitted kitchens, but property needs some updates. Stained rugs, fan light doesn’t work and was very dark in the living room at night, light switch missing cover, toilet paper roll holder falling off the wall, one shower handle loose. Also This one is poorly managed. VACASA is terrible. A call center answers the phone very politely, but they know nothing about anything and are only helpful if maybe something was on fire, and then they’d probably tell you to call the fire department. 1/2 the apartment had a thermostat that was not functioning upon arrival. First nights we were hot, then a cold front came through and we were frozen. Property manager made it my problem to wait around holding my phone waiting for repair people to come, and that was only after multiple phone calls to eve. Get them to come, and then they didn’t fix the problem, and we were frozen as per above, and manger was unresponsive as was main phone line. Would NEVER rent from vacasa again

Great property but not maintained well.

One balcony door did not close fully so air stayed on entire time, one bathroom sink backed up continuously, toilet needed to be flushed 3 times every time, and the sliding door in other bathroom got stuck trapping my sister in the bathroom until we heard her yelling for help, plus no light over that shower and one mirror light out. This is not what I expect for an exclusive property.

Many things in the unit did not work, e.g., coffee maker, charging receptacles, and bathroom lights. The toilets also didn’t flush well. The residential towers pool area was dirty and would run out of towels and places to sit.
