We arrived early and the staff immediately assisted us in securing a room….since we were traveling with our two kitty cats……and the temps outdoors were extremely hot. Stef and her staff were so ever helpful and cordial. Her assistant went out of her way to make a room available! (Wish we knew her name….she along with Stef were outstanding!) "This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning."
