"The place was dirty and poorly maintained. There was a dirty floor mopping bucket left right next to the breakfast food serving area. There was broken glass on the bottom of the swimming pool. One of the kids even cut their foot. Management did not close the pool? The place just wasn’t well maintained. ..."

"Front staff on check in was not very friendly (Osama) and was more concerned with getting paid for parking than getting my room key quickly. On multiple websites it gives pricing and clearly states....alll fees included...this isnt the case. One of two elevators was broken and had a large group staying ..."

"When you are traveling and you can to a hotel tiered and the room is very hot that is not a welcomed feeling. The room was very clean but very small and the air-conditioned was extremely loud."
