The location of this 1929 cottage is hard to beat when it comes to taking in Fort Collins’ best. Microbrew enthusiasts will love the proximity to large and small breweries, with over 10 within walking/riding distance. Just four blocks away in Old Town, shoppers will appreciate the locally owned specialty shops, featuring kitchen wares, boutiques, spices, and much more. Foodies have a wide range of dining experiences to choose from, and there is also a vibrant nightlife for those looking for a evening out on the town. Finally, if the Colorado outdoors is what you seek, the Poudre Trail is just a stone’s throw away, connecting walkers, runners, and bike riders to over 30 miles of paved trails.

We have gone out of our way to ensure your stay is comfortable. The kitchen has everything a vacationing chef might need. The family room has a 42” flatscreen TV, with Roku and wifi, and an extra long, super comfortable sofa. Linens are luxury hotel-quality. The fenced-in, expansive backyard provides an additional gathering space for vacationers and their guests/pets.

In the spirit of minimizing our impact on the environment, all provided soaps and detergents are sulfate-free and most cleaning operations are green.

The host was great by offering an early check in, the property was well maintained and stocked with essentials. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but overall the house was perfect for a few days! Love the location as it’s close to parks/bike trails!

The house has a really, really strong bad smell. Like an old rental that has been painted over. It took two days to not notice it. There were cobwebs in the lamps and the Roku remote didnt work.The kitchen had enough utensils and what not, and it would have been really helpful is there was a cooking oil available.Otherwise, it was fine, seemed over priced for the house itself, and it worked for us for cooking a few meals and having separate rooms.The upgraded backyard was nicer than the pictures, so that was a plus.

Convenient and cozy

We enjoyed our stay, and made use of all the spaces and amenities. The house was close to breweries and downtown Fort Collins. We would have preferred a bit better mattress and a better draining bathtub/shower, but these were minor issues. A no frills stay, but pretty nice and very easy!

We had a great stay in Fort Collins. This house was a nice fit for my family and even had a fenced yard to let our fur babies outside when needed. The neighborhood was also nice to walk in and seemed friendly and safe. We had a little glitch with self checkin since the provided code didn’t work but Dawn responded within a reasonable time frame and got us in successfully. We enjoyed hiking at Lory state park and the sunset view at Duncan’s ridge. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house from Dawn again if ever visiting Fort Collins area.

Better Than Advertised!

I needed a place for my son and I to stay while we attended CSU’s graduation. We weren’t going to be at the house much so this looked perfect. But it was so much bigger and nicer than I expected. There was plenty of room and the decor was so cozy. Everything was very comfortable that I wished we could have hung out there more. It was easy to find and an easy drive to downtown and the university. Parking was convenient. All in all a great place and I would stay there again!

Happy times!

The home worked out very well for me and my little beagle. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and close to several good breweries and Old Town. I stayed for a month due to work but also had time to have friends up for fun. I will be back!

Perfect Dog Property

Very nice house with backyard to accommodate our stay for 2 nights. Clean house with a well stocked kitchen. Great for us and the dogs! Will stay again for our next vet appointments.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was just the two of us and our pup.The kitchen was well equipped. The space was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the backyard space and the location was perfect to walk our dog. Not to mention walking distance to my favorite FC Brewery. The host communicated timely and did all they could to make our stay hassle free Not a fancy place but was comfortabl and clean. We would definitely Not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was exactly as advertised. This is a great property if traveling with pets. The fenced backyard is a squirrel watching dog's disneyland. The location is great, just an easy walk to New Belgium, Odells, and Breckenridge breweries.

Nice place close to breweries and downtown

We stayed at the property for four nights along with our dog. The house was plenty big for us and the fenced backyard was an added bonus. It is very close to New Belgium Brewery and its large beer garden was a nice place to hangout. We enjoyed Ginger and Baker restaurant as well as Austin’s American Grill. We would stay again if our travels bring us to FoCo.
