This house has a hot tub and an Lenz EV charger!Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by towering redwoods, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental offers top-notch amenities and a view that can’t be beat. Step out onto the deck, take in the forest air, listen to the chirping birds, and savor the stunning vistas of the Noyo River and the tree-covered hills. The aptly-named River View sleeps 6 and is the perfect destination for family vacations or friend trips – anyone looking to be immersed in the beauty of nature with the convenience of town and the comforts of home will love their stay here.

The River View features a fully equipped kitchen, instant hot water, wifi, a hot tub, a big-screen TV, board games and puzzles, full-length mirrors, a sun room, a washer and dryer, a plush sectional couch, and ample indoor and outdoor seating. Come with supplies and make yourself at home in this secluded paradise. Or take advantage of the short drive to downtown Fort Bragg, where you will find excellent restaurants, world-class art galleries, charming local shops, a marine science center, and friendly local coffee shops.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to get up close and personal with nature, from the dramatic dances of the birds in the trees outside your window to the many state parks, hiking trails, and beaches of the Mendocino Coast. If the river inspires you, rent a kayak and set out on the water. For those who prefer to appreciate water from afar, head to Russian Gulch State Park, south of Fort Bragg, for a scenic hike to a waterfall, no life jacket required. Meanwhile, in town, the North and South Coastal Trails boast beautiful ocean views and are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

The home was lovely. Clean, nice furnishings, everything worked. We were cold the first morning because we couldn't get the furnace to work but after messaging the manager we found out we had to use the wall units as the original furnace was broken. Then it was ok.The drain line clogged on a Friday night late. I couldn't get hold of the manager so we called a plumber and were able to find one who came out within 30 minutes and got things operational again. The manager was very apologetic and refunded some money for our trouble. We weren't angry, these clogged line things happen and I'm just glad we could find a plumber willing to come out. The hot tub was really nice and we used it daily. It holds 4 adults. The last night had clear skies so I was able to watch the stars come out. The view of the river was really nice and even though the house was near other houses, I felt like we were isolated. It was a very quiet location. My 92 year old mom and 89 year old aunt were with us and the house was very accessible for them. A couple of steps to get in the house and a few steps to go to the backyard. The house itself was all on one level. They used the main bedroom which had a walk in shower which was perfect. I recommend the Noyo River Grill. Beautiful view and delicious food. I had the crab linguini. Being from a small town in Utah where we don't recycle garbage, it would be nice to have a list of what goes in each garbage can.All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of six enjoyed our stay at this Fort Bragg rental. The rental is located on a private road down a narrow street, with neighbors very close by; however, the location was incredibly quiet. The house was clean, minus a few minor things (bathroom floor, washing machine & dryer). The furnishings and linens are of good quality. The kitchen is dated, but perfectly functional. I did not realize that Mendocino County has a mice problem and that all food should be kept in the fridge. The house also had ants on the kitchen table, but not an excessive amount. The view of the river was lovely.

This house had everything we needed for a great stay on the Mendicino coast. It's in town, but on the edge so you're back deck looks over the Noyo River and sitting there in the hot tub on the deck is a beautiful experience. The house was clean, well provisioned and just right for our group of 5.

We had a lovely stay at this property and truly enjoyed our time on the Mendocino Coast! The home is comfortable and reasonably well appointed and the view is wonderful. A couple of things that don’t necessarily detract from the rating, but would be things I would want to know before staying here:- Kitchen is reasonably well appointed and adequate for basic meals. You can definitely make it work. Kitchen utensils, pans, etc. are average quality and a bit of a hodgepodge. - In the cooler months, heating is a bit wonky (mini splits in main living area and master, furnace (?) for other bedrooms) and you will need to be pretty proactive to maintain a comfortable temperature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a repeat stay for a future visit.

This vacation house was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view of trees and the Noyo River enhanced our stay. Fort Bragg businesses and restaurants are only a very short drive away. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. However, there is a shortage of silverware, and the king-size bed in the master bedroom is too firm.

Cheerful house, nice view through wires, somewhat odd neighborhood, lots of deer. No heat first day, but manager scrambled to get fuel into tank. Convenient to downtown, Mendocino. No instruction on how to lock the door when leaving. Kitchen well furnished - except for forks - there were only 5; fortunately there were only five of us.
