Find yourself on five private acres of beachfront beauty. Relax in the large living room and take in the panoramic view, and then enjoy a movie or favorite show on the large, flatscreen TV. Or just spend your days and evenings entertaining friends and family while grilling out in the yard.



The Old Haul Road is a popular trail used for biking, walking, and even horseback riding. The beach offers the best of both worlds: to the left, an easy walk to the surf and sand, while off to the right of the property, you'll find a small, easy to maneuver cliff which takes you to the rocky beach where there are tide pools teeming with sea life and large rocks for scaling. Just two-and-a-half miles south, visit Glass Beach, while the Mendocino Botanical Garden can be found a little over five miles away.



Please note The upstairs bedroom is not fully enclosed and is open to the main living space below via a staircase.



Things to know:

The hot tub has been removed from the property and a replacement is on order. We do not have an estimated installation date for a new tub at this time.

Three cribs and a high chair provided

Includes a back-up generator that automatically switches on if power is lost.

This property does not support EV charging. Guests are kindly asked to use public EV chargers available in the area.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.



For security and peace of mind, this property has 2 exterior-only security cameras: one on the front entry Ring camera and one on the garage.
