My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The customer service exceeded all expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. " On arrival the receptionist wanted us to pop extra money because the prices on hotel.com are wrong.no hot water in the morning.
