"Great spot for my stay in Andernach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in was quick. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was perfect for my few days in the city. I had a problem with my room card which was sorted quickly by the staff. There were some restaurants nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from plenty of other options. There was a small public car park across the road (filled up very quickly) or a larger one 5 minutes walk away....

"Das Personal war super freundlich und vor unserer Ankunft gut telefonisch erreichbar. Wir mussten vorher unsere Ankunftszeit mitteilen, was aber problemlos funktionierte. Wie beschrieben, handelt es sich um ein Gästehaus und nicht um ein klassisches Hotel. Dennoch konnten wir gemütlich und ruhig schlafen. "Wir haben ein Premium Doppelzimmer gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Bei Ankunft haben wir eine Aufbettung bekommen das war nicht in Ordnung. Bei Nachfrage haben wir als Antwort bekommen, wir hätten vorher anrufen sollen. Angeblich stimmen online Buchungen nie überein. Man bucht online, bekommt es bestätigt und dann entspricht es nicht den Tatsachen. Dieses Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war unverschämt. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden nur öffentliche die immer besetzt waren. "
